All across the multiverse. Portals were opening and closing as shadowy forces moved through the gaps between reality. Altrax's forces crossed the dimensional barriers. Starships were quietly captured, technologies plundered, the greatest minds of each universe captured and forced to work together on technologies that made planet-killer technology seem rather trivial.

The Hunter of Knowledge would receive a Distress call from the "Bane of Heretics" A Blackship, upon arrival would see the giant hulk being slowly towed towards a giant, gaping portal by a Large, green vessel This ship was obviously a predator. Vast amounts of weaponry across the hull and an energy field surrounding it that not even the Adeptus Mechanicus would recognize, as well as a similar, yet different energy field now surrounding the Blackship, keeping it following the unidentified vessel at a distance.

"THIS IS SDFN-13 LIGHTBRINGER! WE ARE UNDER ATTACK FROM AN UNIDENTIFIED VESSEL! THEY DISABLED ATTACK FORMATION WITH THEIR FIRST VOLLEY AND SHIELDS HAVE FAILE-" The transmission cut off there. A flight of 20 strange, small vessels surrounded the battleship, as they continued to pelt it with large energy balls. Each energy ball seemed to drain the giant vessel of it's power.

A research lab had fallen under attack from an unknown vessel They mentioned something about them invading the facility and using strange technologies that seemed almost like... Magic... the vessel was making off with a brand new Pilot-less control system. As the Heimdall arrived, the portal to the alternate universe would just be opening.

A large number of ships had appeared in orbit above Earth several days ago, they had not responded to any communication. They had seemingly been unaffected by any conventional weapon. Even though they seemed to take no damage from even a nuclear strike on them, ordered by the Neo-Soviet Republics, they had performed a strafing run on multiple of the larger cities as retaliation. The Martian Invader had been sent to try to make contact with them, through fear that they had just angered an enemy that they couldn't possibly hope to defeat in a fight. Now, the only hope seemed to be to try to communicate with them directly. However, as soon as they broke atmosphere, they noticed a portal that was beginning to destabilize, it was obviously a form of transport for them. It wouldn't hold for long, so, if they were to go through it, it would have to be now.

The R.R.W. Seleya had been sent by Taskforce Alpha to deal with a supposed Borg Incursion into the Alpha Quadrant. As they finally exitted Warp, they came into sight of the Borg Vessel. A Tactical Cube. The Seleya was already at Red Alert and they were coming in under Cloak. They had weapons charged. "Fire on my..." she then looked at the screen. The Cube wasn't moving. "Sensors, report on the cube." she ordered. Verill at the sensors tapped the console.
"No activity. The exterior of the ship seems relatively intact, but I am reading heavy internal damage and almost no Borg lifesigns." she reported. At that point, Second of Twelve, their former Borg drone walked onto the bridge.
"Captain... This Cube is acting strangely." she said, upon hearing the report. "The collective would have severed its connection to the cube the moment they realized that the ship was lost, then self destructed to keep their technology from falling into the intruders hands." Veril looked up.
"The only other time we've seen behavior like this from the borg was..." the Reman turned back to the sensors "Scanning for Fluidic Space." she replied.
"Species 8472." said Second. "That is a logical assumption."
"No evidence of Fluidic space... Cut there are immense amounts of Chroniton particles." Veril replied. Selak pushed her hands to her face.
"Oh no... Not time travel... Not again..." she sighed.
"Chroniton particles of this range do indicate that some form of time-travel has been used recently." replied Second.
"Open hailing frequencies." Selak ordered as she stood and straightened her tunic. "This is Commander Selak of the Romulan Republic Warbird Seleya to time travellers. You are ordered to withdrawl from the area immediately and return to your time of origin." At that point, A strange vessel appeared, racing away from the cube. The Seleya dropped its cloak and approached the vessel, but it opened fire. The ship shook and Selak was forced to fall back into her chair.
"Sir, sensors confirm that that ship has the Borg ships Vinculum. The vessel is self destructing." at that point, the Tactical Cube exploded in a ball of green flame.
"These people aren't friendly, and letting them escape with any piece of Borg Technology is out of the question. Bringing disruptors to bare " The chief Tactical officer tapped at the console.
"Quantum Torpedoes." Selak nodded.
"Locking..." replied Tovan.
"Sir, Event forming ahead, the ship sent out a powerful chroniton beam." They then saw what looked like space ripping itself open and a blinding flash. The ship escaped into the hole.
"Drop a bouy with a message to Romulan Command and tell them that we are pursuing." Selak said, before the ship entered the cosmic event. At that point, everybody suddenly felt a strange pressure.
"Ssssssiirrrrrrrr..." Verill's speech seemed stretched. "Iiiiiimmmm sssseeeennnsssiinnnggg ssssoooommmeeetttthhhinngg..." it was then that they seemed to lose consciousness.
Selak saw something around her... It was as though everything was in black and white, she then looked to the viewscreen.
"And now, for the Amazing Adventures of the Stellar Alien Space Captain Selak and the R.R.W. Seleya!" On the screen, she saw a crude replica of the Seleya being dangled on a string in front of a black background. It then cut to a shot of a bridge of a ship. She saw all of the men dressed in strange attire, whereas all of the women were dressed in revealing attire. "Stellar Alien Space Captain Selak arrived on he bridge." it said. the door at the back opened and a woman stepped out in Strange attire Selak looked over at what was apparently supposed to be Second of Twelve "Did we escape the Borg?" she asked.
"Yes, but our Space Time Warp power is down." she replied in a robotic monotone. At that point, the screen seemed to rock and the lights flashed. "We are under attack!"
"They will never defeat us, power up the Hyper Space Blaster!" Selak ordered. At that point, she looked at a crystal ball and a picture appeared of strange creatures
"We are the Borg, we shall take your brains!" It proclaimed. The screen then cut to Selak tied to a table. A large drill began to descened towards her head, but there was a puff of smoke from her head. "AaAaAaAaAaH! Why are we unable to take your brain!?"
"Because I designed a brand new Anti-Brain Theft field that protects my brain from your technology." she scowled.
"Aaaaaaaargh!!! Curse you Stellar Alien Space Captain Selak!" it proclaimed. At that point, Tovan jumped in from no-where, wearing a strange outfit.
"Get away from her you fiends." he said, pulling out his disruptor The Borg stumbled backwards.
"AAAAHH! PUT YOUR RAY GUN AWAY YOU COULD DISINTEGRATE US ALL!!!"
"Return the fair Stellar Alien Space Captain Selak to me, and I'll not have to fire!" he replied. One jump-cut later and they walked out of the wreckage of the Borg ship on a barren planet.
"Thank you for rescuing me, Tovan. If it weren't for you and your amazing strength and bravery, we would never have gotten out of there." she said.
"I will have to thank Space Doctor Satra when we return." he replied. "For this." he pulled out a large can of Anti-Explosion spray. "We would never have survived the crash. it shouldn't be long before the Starship Seleya picks us up. At that point, Selak put her arms around him.
"Long enough to thank you for saving me." she said, before kissing him, as the words "The End" appeared on the screen. Shortly before a hand burst from the wreckage of the borg ship, then a ? appeared on the end of the words. Selak awoke with a small scream. Satra looked at Tovan who was slowly awaking with a smile on his face.
"Captain, are you alright?" He asked.
"Tovan..." she replied "Never show me Captain Proton ever again..."
"Did you have the Captain Proton dream as well?" Tovan asked.
"Who is Captain Proton?" asked Shekzon, getting up. "Everything was black and white..." he said.
"Sensors." ordered Selak. Verill awoke and began to tap at the controls "I'm reading a planet... M-class, varied biomes in close proximity. Multiple portals open." she said
