The first time you saw the commercial for Hellsmoth State, you knew you had to go there. You were captivated by it. As soon as you could, you applied, and were accepted.
When you got there, you realized from the course list that this was a rather strange college. Some that stood out were:
Runology: The study of the ancient Norse religious and magical practices and how they pertain to us today.
Astrology vs. Astronomy: A study of the stars from both a scientific and religious position.
Accept yourself: The psychology behind the fear of the unknown and the unusual. You are special. Learn to accept it.
You knew you were special from a young age, that there was something about you that made you different, whether you covered it up or used it. Now, however, you find an entire college full of people like that. The students here even refer to themselves by the names of mythological beings. Your roommate even asks you, what are you?
You didn't know until you came to college that you weren't entirely human. In fact, every year the college gets a few students that didn't know what they were. We are this year's crop of unknowns. We have to choose, do we accept what we are, or run from it?
