@6slyboy6 Humanity has been using Oils since the BC's. Hell, China had an oil wells in 347 AD if its the issue of extraction. I'm not saying my nation has combustion engines, just the oil.

@6slyboy6 I'm going to assume the website is failing to update so I'll answer again. Humanity has used oil for thousands of years, with the first recorded oil well being in China during 347 AD. Since this rp is before the industrial revolution oil is not a mega-resource yet, but is still used in a number of practical ways.
