@NekoJordan How did Jayden know that Screw shut down the van? Jayden was not privy to the conversation that he was having with Isaiah, and we are apparently on top of a building that Screw had to jetpack himself to. So Jayden wouldn't know that Screw was a technopath, or that he disabled the swat vehicle. If I have missed something and I am just making a fool of myself, sincere apologies.

@BurningCold Think of the current time line in the future after they all became heroes, vigilantes and stuff. They have had times where they have either passed by or heard of each other. I mean Batman knew about Superman and vice versa so it's not impossible especially if they are in the same area.
