The distance between the platforms to the center platform is a 15-foot jump. Each platform is 30 feet in diameter and there is a 15-foot space between them. The sword statues are 100 feet tall. Everything can be destroyed with effort. The swords can be used as beams and can support up to 2500 lbs. easily. The darkness is an aspect of dreamer energy and as time goes on a dark ash will begin to fall. This ash has a temperature of -250 degrees below zero. The more the ash accumulates the more frigid and brittle the battleground becomes. Each fighter starts off on a platform facing one another.

Interesting battlefield, best of luck DJ, when you find out about my character's power you'll realise you're in for a hard fight on this terrain.

My combat style is a lot different with the majority of my characters, so it will at least be less of the same, I doubt we'll be engaging in all that many sword fights in this one.

Honestly the ash seems like a near instant death for my character, I'm going to assume it's not absolute zero by the time it lands on your character or there's no way he could survive it. I'm not sure what beyond freezing particles touching your body would do but I'm guessing it's unpleasant.

The secret is to move, use the swords as cover. The ash should not be a bother. . .but can be if you aren't careful.

I feel this is one of those fights that will either end very quickly in either mine or Melon's favour, or drag on for so long that either we decide on a tie or I give up. XD;

Actually I remembered Metz does have a contingency for that, as I suspected harmful agents in the air would be a threat to a mage especially in an apocalypse.

Also, could you do the roll for my character's additional two vials? It's roll a 3 sided die, 1 = empty 2 = black mana 3 = pure mana. It's to represent the random nature of what he'd be bringing into a conflict. You'd have to roll twice. I figure it's best for you as the judge to do it.

Also, DJ, top tip for the NoW is that a lot of fights will be fought to a stalemate, Skallagrim uses a scoring matrix for that eventuality which you can find on the OP I believe, it's worth factoring that in to how you write as it rewards certain things such as going above and beyond on character descriptions and the like.

Can I assume something announced our fights in the lobby, or do we not find out until the moment we're teleported or what have you who we're fighting?

Also, question pertaining to the battlefield, what are the platforms made of? Are they earth or stone in the sense that they could be manipulated by my character's spell?
