Okay, so I put up the NPC List on the IC page, along with a few posting guidelines and a posting layout. I'd be fine either way. Kinda like the idea of everyone having to sneak into each other's rooms if they want to get a word in during the middle of the night, but dorms wouldn't be the end of the world
