- Captain Janeway, Star Trek: VoyagerPersonal Information
Name:
Johanna Raske
Nickname:
Joey
Birth Date:
3rd of December
Age:
19
Gender:
Female
Sexuality:
BisexualIn The Mirror
In Depth Appearance:
Johanna has markedly normal features for someone from Norway. Light blonde hair, extremely pale skin and bright blue eyes are not unexpected. She is tall at 5'11" (and is mocked for it by her dad when he shows up, which hasn't resulted in a complex at all) but is also long and lanky, with legs and arms that seem almost too long for her. Johanna's facial features are sharp with cheekbones that could cut glass and angular eyebrows that always give the appearance of anger – or surprise. With wide doe eyes and long eyelashes, she often looks a bit like a startled owl. Finally, Johanna does seem younger than her actual age from her face alone, though that is surely not helped by her choice in attire.
Clothing Style:
Bright woolen hats and beanies in all the colours of the rainbow. Sneakers when the sun's shining and the ground is dry, and rubber boots (with flowers on them) as soon as it even starts to rain or snow. Johanna wears knitted skater dresses over thick tights or jeans and out-of-season Christmas jumpers. Her choice in clothing can be seen as a little eccentric, or at least completely anti-fashion. Johanna doesn't wear much jewellery and doesn't even have her ears pierced, though she makes an exception for a necklace from her dad – a cheap little rainbow-coloured snake on the end of a chain.Delving Deeper

Dislikes:
- Being slow

- Hot climates

Fears:
- Being forgotten by her Godly parent and never seeing him again.
- Death in general after her mother's untimely demise – it doesn't matter whose it is.
- Blood – tends to get queasy or faint at the sight of it.
Habits:
- Running or jogging everywhere, or otherwise refusing to walk at a snail's pace.
- Humming to herself.
- Talking to her snakes as if they're children.
Personality:♦ Pacifist ♦ Absent-Minded ♦ Shy ♦ Carefree ♦
Johanna gets nervous around people easily, which might seem counter-intuitive for the daughter of a God who is the patron of merchants. She is more than a little eccentric, though never unkind – if her only friends end up being her pets, that's fine by her (or so she tells herself). Often Johanna forgets what's she's doing, or why she left the house in the first place, but as someone who believes that the journey is the best part about going somewhere, it doesn't bother her too much. She is, on the whole, easy to please and perhaps a bit childish in humour – pranks are a big thing with her, and she loves setting them up on close friends. Finally, if she didn't have mandatory lessons on combat, she wouldn't ever do it – Johanna prefers knocking people out peacefully and without bloodshed.
Background:
Johanna's life has been, on the whole, decent. She was born in Norway to a mother still love-struck by a Greek God who liked to jump in and out of her life at will. Joey's memories of her father during her early childhood are fragmented, but she knows he appeared at birthdays and all that. She supposes now that she was lucky, as some never knew their godly parent whilst she had him around even at the most terrible times of her life: her awful school years thanks to bullying and her mother's funeral (as the woman had always been sickly).
When she was eight, she moved to live with her aunt, who was one of those people who believed in 'free-range parenting'. Johanna learned to cook for herself, and spend most of her time out in the freezing woods next to her aunt's home. Even so, her aunt did love her (and hated her father, who she had no idea was Hermes) and was filthy rich, so Joey wanted for nothing – except, perhaps friends. Still, she had snakes, though, which had to be worth something!
At sixteen, Hermes not-so-subtly suggested that she enroll in the Olympus Academy, and always eager to please her dad, she did. With an apartment set up to house her and her reptilian companions, all seems to be well, if a little lonely.

Godly Parent:
Hermes
Relationship With Godly Parent:
As far as Johanna is concerned, she has a good relationship with her father, Hermes – even if it's not a particularly paternal one. He shows up now and then, sends gifts regularly (usually with a cute little card telling her to stick in school or cause havok!) but otherwise is more of a fun, often absentee uncle than a dad. At times she wishes she saw more of him.
Godly Abilities:
Universal Communication – Johanna can understand most (if not all) of the mortal languages, even if she doesn't quite realise she's doing it. She likens it to the TARDIS in Doctor Who translating for her. Also, she can speak to snakes and with a bit of sweet-talking can make them do her bidding. Hiss.
Speed-Devil – In exchange for not being particularly strong, Hermes being her father has made Johanna fast, so much so that it scares her sometimes. She runs faster than the average human and is more difficult to tire out, and her reflexes are unnaturally fast. As a kid she played a wicked game of baseball.
Flash Step – Johanna is naturally inclined to using trickery in combat so end it... peacefully. She's not quite sure how it works, but she definitely has inherited her father's ability to be somewhere and appear somewhere else within a split-second – to an extent. It only works within a very limited area, and she has only ever used it to appear behind someone for pranking purposes.

Son of Hera spot is still open, too.
@Wade Wilson
Lookin' good!
And of course, of course he's obsessed with SPN. If no-one else comes up to contest your place, I have a feeling Dylan and Roze will get on like a house on fire. XD
I have one more then (I finished up a daughter of Artemis sheet so as not to step on Wade Wilson's toes~) I'll probably try and catch up a little better tomorrow, and then post for Joey while I'm at uni.Hannah Moreau

Birth Date:

Age:
21
Gender:
Female
Sexuality:
HeterosexualIn The Mirror
In Depth Appearance:
Standing at 5'6" with a stocky, flat-chested build, Hannah is both obviously female and distinctly unfeminine. Her broad shoulders and large upper arms betray her as someone who's interested in working out (and rather buff, too) and on the whole she is sharp and angular – not soft, curvaceous, or womanly. She makes no apologies for her androgyny, opting for a tomboyish haircut dyed blonde. Hannah is biracial, her father being Korean-American and her mother, well, a Goddess, but she looks more like her father. With pale skin and dark, expressionless eyes, often she can appear cold and unfeeling, so perhaps she is more like her mother than she thinks.
Other than that, she has her left arm tattooed like this. Artemis has marked her with two long, warpaint-esque scars under both eyes and down her right arm that burn white when she uses her godly abilities. They're just two more on a body already marked up with scratches and cuts.
Clothing Style:
Hannah likes to wear men's clothes, generally jeans or trousers that are both slim-fitting and easy to move in, and boyish, tank tops or button-ups. She has her ears pierced in several places and tends to wear plain silver jewellery in them. Seeing her in heels would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, since she usually prefers boots or white running shoes.Delving Deeper

Personality:♦ Aggressive ♦ Brave ♦ Insecure ♦ Loyal ♦
Hannah is pretty much the embodiment of everything tomboyish. She loathes everything girly and girlish and has always prided herself on her masculinity, on being "one of the guys". True enough, she's hot-headed and enjoys a good brawl, especially when it's one she's sparked with a loud-mouth. She never shies away from a fight either, nor anything dangerous – always the first to jump into the fray, perhaps alongside any children of Ares. Even when it's not deserved, Hannah will defend any friend of hers to the death, and that's not even being dramatic. She believes that others are probably more worthy of living than she is.
Background:
Hannah's a city girl, born in New Orleans (or at least dumped there with a mostly-unwilling father). She didn't have any idea of her heritage, other than a few 'unique' situations when she was a kid, until she was thirteen and started puberty. It was only then when Artemis appeared – a young woman dressed in white – to help her with the difficulties of being a teenage girl that her single father couldn't even begin to cope with. Artemis pointed her first towards martial arts and then towards the Academy.
So far, Hannah has proved... rowdy, to say the least – bored out of her mind in the history lessons and more interested in wandering off to do teenager things. Now quite a few years older than she was when she first joined the safe place for demigods, she seems to have not calmed down at all. Artemis leaves quite a lot to "live a proper life" and hunt monsters to make her mother proud, reappearing to face the music only to do it all again a few months later.

Artemis as second favourite goddess...Godly Information
Godly Parent:
Artemis
Relationship With Godly Parent:
Mutual respect. Presumably Artemis likes her enough to keep showing up and correcting her on her form, and Hannah wants nothing more than to make her mother proud of her. She doesn't really think of her as a parent, just someone – something – who she better live up to. Artemis has given Hannah gifts in the past and taken her on a hunt twice, for her eighteenth and twenty first birthdays. Whilst Hannah can't summon a bow at will, she does have a golden, corporeal one to take with her.
Godly Abilities:
Eyes of the Beast – Hannah can, at will, activate a mode where all of her senses increase in potency. Her eyesight becomes magnified. Night or day, her nocturnal vision allows her to seek out anything with a heartbeat or a pulse, be it animal, monster, or human. With a steady hand inherited from her mother and a unique talent for archery, a shot can go much further a distance than a normal human's and burn those of evil intent. Furthermore, a keen sense of smell and a 'sixth sense' or instinct for the paths a creature might take allows her to track anything, even without formal training.
The Arcadian Hunting Dogs – Artemis once praised Hannah for her 'dogged pursuit of a foe'. It seems almost a joke that she bestowed upon her the ability to call on her mother's seven hounds made of moonlight to chase down prey. With sharp teeth and sharper claws, they'll accompany the demigod on a hunt from dusk 'til dawn, after which they'll dissipate with the sunrise to rest. In addition to this, she can take control over one of them, switching the perspective through which she views the world to the leader of the pack.
Lunar Strike – Keen on being in at the front of the action, Hannah discovered that she didn't need to form a bow out of pure moonlight to be worth something in a hunt. At night she can call on the moon to strike her enemies with a burning intensity either at range or when close up. She likes to use it to cripple the prey she is chasing – when it's a criminal or a monster – before closing in to end the hunt. It works a bit like Artemis's iconic net, to that extent.
Hunting Spear – Only slightly jealous that she didn't receive a bow, Artemis has moved past her initially envy and is quite proud of being able to summon The Hand-Spear of Artemis to use in combat at any point. Made of lustrous moonlight, Hannah can throw it and should it's path not be intercepted it will fly straight towards a target just as an arrow would, except it will return to her side. But why would she throw it? It's her melee weapon of choice, too.
@Altered Tundra I had to stay away from the bow, too! Cue some googling as to what other weapons were symbols of Artemis...
(Also can't stop looking at the David Tennant in your sig. It's hypnotising o.O)
A spear? Perhaps I shall keep Peter on so they can have spear-battles, haha. XD
I hope that the daughter of Hephaestus hasn't been claimed yet.
