Jed looks worried. He looked at a candle before walking over to it.

Jed looks at the night crest before walking back and grabbing his hand. "what does the mark want with us?"

@cara214jack finally looked up and said" this thing wants nothing with you until it's on your hand, and I'd prefer you had nothing to do with it"with that jack shit up and left, still feeling slightly dizzy, he walked out the school does and fell to sit on the steps.

Jed follows Jack before dragging him back to the nurse's office. "You need rest!"

Jack turns around, stuffs his hands in his pocket and slowly walks away.

Jed looks worried before walking away. While he was walking home some men were following him.

As jack walks home he begins to regret what he said, he just lost his temper with the only one who could possibly be his friend and not die"if they lived with these things, they'd know."

The highschoolers grab Jed and drag him into an ally before beating him up.

@cara214jack was on his way home when he saw someone attacking Jed"ah no they don't"jack runs over to them and yells at the top of his lungs"HEY!!!!"

One of The highschoolers looks at Jack. "What do you want kid?" He stand standing in front of Jack. The other two were still beating on Jed before Jed grabbed the leg of one. He pushes him so he falls before looking at the other with a cold blank look. He growls almost like a wolf.

@cara214"how about you and the doorknob twins take a hike and get the hell away from my friend"jacks night crest glowed faintly as a hand crossbow formed in his hand, he kept it hid behind his back in case he needed to surprise them.

Jed glares at the other one grabbing a pipe. he beats up the one who looked shocked. The one who was facing Jack looked back at Jed.

@cara214when the bloke in front of him turned away, jack fired a stun dart that knocked him out cold,"he'll be fine in half an hour"

THe third one ran away. Jed pants before wincings and falling to one knee.
