Also, I feel that 'utopia', isn't the correct word to describe the setting. Authoritarian is much more accurate, since the gang will be butting heads against an all-powerful central government.

I left an asterisk there due to my incapacity of remembering the 'dystopian' name. Authoritarian // Dystopia was more what I was trying to get ahold of. Thanks for the reminder xD
