Okay, I'll start with the easy one first. You need two more fears for Levi.

Now, you kind of made both your character's a little bit OP. The Anti-Matter, the Shadow Pocket and the bring monsters to life a.k.a practically all of the darkness power you described? I'm going to have to veto all of that. Also, the Shadow Step. I was about an inch away from vetoing that also, but I'm willing to keep it if he doesn't go to another dimension. I would like to keep it one dimension please. If he just hides in the shadows and blends in better there, that would be fine.

Now onto Lilly. She is fine minus two things: I'm a little apprehensive on the escape and sustain versions of her powers. Honestly, one or the other. That's what I'm going to say to that.

Besides that, everything else looks fine. I don't mean to be harsh, but I want to give everyone a fighting chance you know?

That's plausible, but it is mainly people who try to protect Leviathans or become increasingly violent over the years who are executed. No fighting thing taken to an extreme punishment. xD

Alright, so we will be starting some time within the next three days. Grenade is almost done with their character and Mach and I are almost done with the first IC post. Your first post should be your reaction should the Choosing and being lead onto the train and heading toward the Training Facility. Collabs are recommended since other people from your Sector are on the same train and going through the same thing. Just be thinking about this stuff. :)
