Culture: The Ogarians showed up a few thousand years before the humans appeared in Elysia as an advanced technological race that was always striving for a greater advancement for themselves. Upon arriving in Elysia and discovering the power of magic that could fill the gaps that their own technology could not solve, many researchers started to study essence to try an understand this realm of the gods. It took over a thousand years to even understand the basic of what their technology could not tell them, but soon a few were starting to get a grasp of Elysia. Kaz Al'Oga is the last of his species as he is the result of an attempt by the Ogarians to try and become closer to the gods that created Elysia. A large infusion of motes and pure essence was forced into a single being to see if ascension could be achieved to a higher plane of existence, the resulting backlash scorched their home world leaving it a barren and molten world with only one broken soul remaining.

Racial Features: Ogarians were once a reptilian looking species, that was before their extinction leaving only Kaz Al'Oga with a spectral form of semi-solid physical form with the rest of his body being made up of Essence.

Occupation: Researcher of Elysia and Living God

Appearance: Kaz Al'Oga has an actual physical body beneath all the swirling essence that makes up the rest of his body. His body looks like black water that is in a constant rippling effect with glowing white orbs where his eyes should be. The rest of his body is made up of a swirling cloud of essence that is naturally created by his body.

Powers:

• Telekinetic Touch: Kaz is able to move any object in his immediate area without touching the object and can even move multiple objects at once. If he actually sits down and focuses he can move objects hundreds of feet away and can even throw living being around as if they were leaves being blown in the wind. This was one of his first abilities that was manifested after becoming an exalted and as such is his most practiced.
• Shield Generation: Kaz Al'Oga has the ability to surround himself in a nearly impenetrable shield that can protect him from most forms of harm that don't involve another exalted. This power was not created for his own safety because mortal attacks do not seem to affect his altered body, but because of his hate for having to repair and replace containment suits every time they became damaged.

Equipment:

• Containment Suit that was built and designed by Kaz in order to allow him to maintain a humanoid form. The suit is maintained by essence fuel cells and over the many many years there have been many different iterations of his Containment suit with this only being the latest in a long line of different designs. The suit also contains a built in translator and PDA built into the HUD of the suit.
• Ogarian Energy Pistol: An old pistol that looks like it should be in a museum with the age that the gun looks. While on the inside the gun has been completely rebuild and is practically brand new.
• Several Rare metal knives that are able to pierce many different types of armor

Airship: Ogarian Hope
The Ogarian Hope was designed and built by Kaz to be his personal ship in Elysia. Built into the hull are magitech conduits that allow Kaz to use his sheild generation magic for his ship in case of emergency. The ship is armed with twin side mounted repeating rail guns as well as a nose mounted rail gun that fires a larger shell then the side mounted weapons but with a longer cooldown between shots. The ship is large enough to house a crew of ten comfortably with a storage hull loaded with actual paper books as well as datapads from various different centuries.

Motivation: Kaz Al'Oga is driven by his research of Elysia and the gods that rule the place. He is determined to find a way to bring down the gods that ruined his people.

Personality: Kaz is a melting pot of emotions and personalities as he as been around long enough that he has probably displayed every thing in the book. The most common traits shown by the Ogarian are a loneliness that cannot seem to be filled and a determination to complete any goal he is striving toward.

Flaws: Kaz is unable to maintain a cohesive tangible form without a containment suit. He is also a very broken person who finds it hard to believe that he is the last of his kind.

Bio:

Lose of the 8th Fleet

There is no remaining records of the Ogarian race except for a small blip in the history books of the Fae'Rin known as the Lose of the 8th Fleet. This event took place a few millennia before humans showed up in Elysia. The Orgarian's waged a war of expansion against a close neighboring system of theirs which was controlled by the Fae'Rin. The resulting decade long war lead to defeat after defeat to the far more superior Fae'Rin forcing the Ogarians back to their home world that had been turned into a factory world for research and manufacturing. The Fae'Rin's 8th fleet had blockaded the planet and was demanding the unconditional surrender of the Ogarians, not knowing of a last effort of the planet as a way of fighting back.

The Ogarian's were a race with few exalted in their ranks and thought that by injecting massive quantities of essence and motes into a individual they could artificially induce the exalted process. This was a last ditch effort toward the war efforts and a test subject named Kaz Al'Oga was chosen as he met all the requirements. What happened next is unknown to anyone, but the results of the experiment were distinctly displayed when the methane rich planet started to erupt into a firestorm starting with where the experiment was to be held. All that was left after the firestorm were scorched buildings and rivers of fire with scans of the planet showing no remaining lifeforms.

The 8th fleet hung in orbit shocked with what they had just witnessed until their ships slowly started to dip lower and lower into the atmosphere of the planet and slowly picking up speed.

This is the last report that the fleet sent and a follow up fleet found that the Fae'Rin fleet had crashed into the surface of the scorched planet with all hands lost. The unofficial report claims that the fleet had been pulled out of orbit somehow as an intentional act to destroy the fleet.

Kaz Al'Oga somehow survived the experiments that altered his body and turned him into a real exalted instead of an artificial exalted as the tests had been a complete failure. After the destruction of his home, he wandered across the stars for a millennia wishing to die like the rest of his people. He now does what he pleases and serves no master or god.

Nikolaas was born to Dutch immigrants who had originally settled in the southern Canada, before moving farther into the wilderness to become trappers as a way to make a living. Nikolaas grew up learning how to hunt and trap as a way to survive and his father taught him about all the different kinds of animals that roamed the lands. He lived a fairly normal early life as normal as a hunter could have in the Canadian wilderness facing wild animals.

Nikolaas’ powers manifested when he was nineteen during an expedition deep into the Canadian wilderness with a group of explorers. He had been hired to take them deep into the forest so that they could catalog and study the various types of plants and animals in the area. One day while butchering a fresh grizzly bear for the team, he decided to cook and eat the heart for himself as it was always his favorite part of the bear. The next thing he remembers is that he was waking up in the middle of their camp with blood on his hands and it looked like a bear had rampaged through their camp killing everyone. It didn't take him more than a few days to figure out that he was one of the unholy that the people in town had been talking about. He decided to bury the bodies in the wilderness and reported in town that they had all perished in a wild animal attack which wasn't all that uncommon.

Over the next few years, Nikolaas tested out his abilities in the wilderness of Canada. It was around that time that people started talking about weird creatures appearing in the forest outside of town. The British army was sent into the wilderness because of these stories as any rumors of an unholy was to be taken seriously. This is how Nikolaas ended up in the Government's custody as it took the army several years to catch up with him, but eventually he ended up in a cell in Toronto which was the capital at the time.

In late 1852, Nikolaas was loaded onto a Naval ship bound for London as he was to face the courts in London for his curse. Upon arriving in London, rumors of war were spreading and the British were forming a group of Unholy for the army to utilize if war broke out. Nikolaas was given the choice of the hangman's noose or to join the Unholy Army to repent for the trumped up charges against him back in his homeland. This forced him to serve during the Crimean War as a forward scout and information gatherer using his enhanced senses and ruthless methods to get the information that was needed.

After the war, Nikolaas had served his time for the crimes against him and not wanting to return to Canada he started to look for work around Britain. That was when he was approached by the Queen's Hand and was offered a job to use his abilities for the crown and they would defend him from the public option.

Ability: Lycanthropy
Description:
Nikolaas has the power to imbue himself with the abilities of the animals that he has consumed. He goes through a type of transformation similar to the mythical werewolf where he takes on characteristics of the animals while keeping his human senses somewhat intact. He is able to store the animal's powers indefinitely within himself, but he is only able to use the abilities of mammals and no other type of creature. There doesn't seem to be a sort of time limit on his ability, but the longer he stays out of his human form the more feral his mind becomes until he eventually loses himself to his beast side. The only way for him to revert back to normal at this point is to lose consciousnesses or for something familiar to snap him out of his haze.

Sri has no control over his power in an active sense as his power can only be activated when he gets injured, weather it is a small cut or a bullet wound. Upon taking an injury, his body releases a chemical reaction that forces the creation of cells within his body to patch up the wound and start mending. This can allow him to mend broken bones in just a few days or even fully heal a damaged organ in just under a month. There is speculation that given enough trauma he could even regrow a missing limb, but Sri has no interest of actually testing this theory out. Since his body is constantly rebuilding itself in a constant state of regrowth, Sri is able to push his muscles farther than most humans meaning that he is as strong as the average person twice as big as himself.

The Cuetz are a race of lizards that stand around 5'7" for males and the females are roughly 5'0". The race can come in a variety of colors ranging from a dark green color to different shades of blue and even having black scales. Only males of the species have a frill around their neck while the females display a spiky ridge that runs down the length of their back from the nape of their neck to the tip of their tails, the males do not have any spikes on their body at all. The males have more colorful scales than the females whole seem to have a more muted color palate of scales.

RACE BEHAVIOUR: The Cuetz are a communal race that sees value in numbers. It is hard for the Cuetz to express themselves with facial expressions considering their reptilian faces, meaning that there is a greater emphases on body language and subtle body movements. Though communal numbers is values the individual self must prove themselves to the whole or they can not be accepted as part of the community.

Races

Sho (Beastfolk)
The Sho are a slender race of beastfolk that do not take on all the characteristics of foxes and feline creatures, but just a few traits as they mostly look human. As a race, they have fair light skin that can contrast with tuffs of fur across their body as well as their beast ears and tails that have a far greater range of colors. Sho are known to be calm peaceful people who try and enjoy the finer things in life rather than struggle with difficulty thought they are also known to be quick to anger when they feel their honor is on the line.
Ning (Humans)
A race common to most nations found across the world. There is nothing different about the race than in other places besides their paler skin from living farther north.
Shé (Beastkin)
The Shé also by another name given to them by those outside of the island where their people were raised, Naga. These beastkin have an human like body from the waist up while the lower half of their body is that of a serpent. A major thing that stands out is their skin is not like their Sho cousins and instead is covered in green scales that stops even the females from growing hair. The human upper half may grow to the size of an average human while the lower half can grow up to ten feet long. They are treated as second class citizens to the Sho for their more inhuman features and mainly stay to the farms outside of the city or are employed as soldiers and sailors.
Wěibā rén
Originally from the mountainous western part of Shimi the Wěibā rén normally just referred to as the Wěibā are a humanoid primate race that are covered completely in short fur. Their faces are very similar to humans which some noticeable features that make it more animalistic. Several notable features of the Wěibā are a prehensile tail that has a wide range of motion and is able to support their whole weight for short amounts of time and half their body weight for extended periods. Another feature would be their feet that are able to be used like another set of hands if needed to be. The nature of their race means that their is a vast difference in shape and size between the members of the race.
Jaraxi
There is a small but stable population of Jaraxi originally from the country of Athalan Union. Their ancestors were former mercenaries that first arrived during the Unification war and decided to stay in the land after their contract was over. Their warrior nature did not leave them when they settling in the country though and offer their services for the military and subjugation forces that fight in the north.
Mimi (Elves)
The elves that live in this region of the world are left over generations from the days of the Muha. They had integrated into the population of the beastkin of the land in order to survive after the collapse of their empire and not be forgot to history. There is no resentment towards the elves for the past as it has been far to long and they are given every chance other races are given in the Xin.
Kita no senshi (Beastkin)
These are not men that are native to the lands of Xin. They claim to be from north farther than any known lands across the frozen tundras. They resemble massive bears that stand on their hind legs and wear plate armor across their chests and arms while carrying large weapons that no other race could possible wield. These creatures easily dwarf most other races standing at eight to nine feet tall and seem to easily pick up any language they hear. Having no interest in normal politics and venture no farther than the Northern Haungshan Mountains unless lead by a local warlord for a raid.

Imperial Royal Family
The Xin Dynasty is ruled over by a single bloodline that passes on the right of succession to a worthy heir that proves themselves. The first born is not always the one that is given the title of heir as any sibling may take the title if given the chance. The Emperor or Empress has complete control over the entire government and their word is law with the wave of an arm. The leader does not normally use this absolute power as they recognize it can be viewed as unfavorable to their subjects and instead tends to lead quietly from the top.

Hierarchy
The ones with the most power under the Empress or Emperor are the royal princes and princesses from the main family who hold almost as much power as their parent. They are seen as the ones who are to enact the will of the Emperor and as such they are not questioned when giving orders. There is no check or balance for the power that the princes and princesses hold besides each other and the Emperor or Empress themselves, though if enough other nobles speak and express their disagreement than the prince may back down and reverse their order.
Underneath the Princes and Princess are the branch families of the main royal family. The leading members of these three families are nobles in the Emperor's court and are often called upon to give advice to the Emperor and princes. These families still hold a decent amount of power and are often given positions as ministers or governors.
Each city state is run by a governor who is appointed by the royal court but generally the title of governor is passed down within a family. These governors their own court of nobles that serve under them that handle all aspects of their city and the surrounding regions.

Ministers and Administration

  • Minister of Revenue - This Minister oversees the census and taxes for the government. This is also the department that controls the treasury.
  • Minister of Personnel - This department handles military awards and government appointments. They are the ones that work most closely with the royal family to appoint people to serve the Emperor personally.
  • Minister of Justice - This minister is the group that handles all penal processes within the country. They handled the courts in every city and would uphold the laws that were written. The Emperor and Royal family could overrule any rulings made by the Ministry of Justice.
  • Minister of Works - This Minister oversees all government run construction projects by contracting worker and artisans while also needing to obtain the required resources for the projects. The department also needed to create and provide government equipment to the other Ministries when required.
  • Minister of Trade - This group worked closely with the Ministry of Revenue to control all trade that entered and left the country. They regulate the trade ships and oversee all relations with other countries.
• Department of War
  
  • Council of Generals - Made up of the 8 highest ranking generals in the country created to oversee all military operations and installations across the country. They are tasked with maintaining all the equipment used by the army and making sure the draft census is always current.
  • The Admiralty - The highest ranking admirals of the navy that are tasked with maintaining the fleet for all conditions. They have some control over trade ships and can control the flow of ships that enter and leave the ports if needed.
  • Internal Military - This group handles all subjugation of warlords and pirates within the lands of the Xin Dynasty. They are able to call on forces from both the army and navy as needed and even as their own combined force of soldiers and ships to deal with internal disturbances as needed.

Huangshan Mountains
The Huangshan Mountains are the land marker for the Northern extent of all lands claimed by the Xin Dynasty. The mountain range is thought to be impassable which thin mountain passes the only way to travel through the mountains. Although the Dynasty claims these lands it does not actually have any control or presence in the region and leaves the area to fend for itself as warlords and pirated control the land and waterways into and out of the mountains.
Lay of your nation's land and internal states, along with information on any beasts and horrors which prowl it. I've mentioned monsters and horror before, but this isn't exactly fully necessary. The more important information is on important landmarks and their relevance for the nation.

Factions

Li Family
The ruling family of the Xin Dynasty. The Li were originally the rulers of the city state of Wangli before the Unity wars that brought all the city states under their rule. The family is made up of a main household along with three branch families that serve the main house as advisers and council in the royal court. The Li keep power by being the intermediate between the various factions within the Dynasty and are held in high regard because of that.
Takamu Clan
The combination of two separate Magi families came together to form the Takamu Clan in order to become one of the strongest factions in the nation. Within the Dynasty this group controls about eighty percent of all magical knowledge and it is very rare for them to share their books and techniques with those that are not part of their clan. Whenever a child manifests any magic at all, they are taken to be trained to serve the interests of the clan and the nation as a whole since there is a understanding with the royal family that the clan is allowed autonomy as long as they promise to serve the Dynasty.
Toke Clan
A branch clan of the Takamu which has established itself as the religious leaders of the Xin Dynasty. They have built multiple Shrines, Temples and Monasteries across the land that serve the people. The only other faction that is able to train magi and still take in outsiders to serve in the temples and monasteries.
Information on internal factions such as rebel groups, internal political groups, mercenary companies, secret orders, public orders, religious orders, and other relevant factions and guilds.

• Personality: Rina is an open book who wears her emotions on her face. She is not very good at telling lies as people can tell as her face will give her away and makes her way to honest of a person. She is embarrassed by the fact that someone in her line of work is not able to keep a straight face most of the time and generally hides behind a mask when dealing with other people. It takes some time for Rina to trust other people and is cautious until she can warm up to them and become friendly. Rina is matter of fact with people that she has just met and people that want to use her skills, but towards those that she considers to be friends she is kind and willing to help them out without anything in return.
• Abilities: Rina was not blessed with a flashy ability but for as long as she has known she has had superhuman speed and strength. She is able to move faster than most other people in reflex as well as natural movements and her mental processing speed seems to be heightened as well. She is stronger than everyone that she met back on her own world and is able to punch through steel with ease and swing her sword with enough force to cut through most obstacles. Rina has an artificial arm from the elbow down on her left arm which was specially built to withstand her increased strength and speed along with her favorite sword that appears to be near indestructible.

Appearance: Reisha is on the small side only standing at 5'3", but her small stature tends to hide her deceptively powerful athletic build. She is not a pure-blooded Half-Beast as her mother was elven meaning that her only animalistic features are her brown pointed ears on the top of her head, sharp pointed teeth and a bushy two foot long tail. The rest of her features are elven with unblemished skin apart from several scars on her forearms and stomach area. Reisha's most stunning feature would have to be her amber colored eyes that seems to glow from within no matter the amount of external light.

Backstory: Reisha was born for the hunt. She was born into one of the most well known hunter clans of the Umbara savanna known for tracking and taking down many of the beasts that harass travelers through the region.

Abilities: Reisha does not have any magical abilities since she was born with a small mana heart and because of this she purely relies on her physical prowess. Since she is not a pure blooded Half-Beast she did not get all the traits that her father has with her traits only developed in her enhanced speed and night vision. She has really embraced her natural born speed and elven agility and pushed them to their pinnacle as she has yet to meet another person that is able to match her speed for extended periods of time.

Reisha's weapons of choice are her bow and twin daggers given to her from her father. She has trained with these weapons for almost her entire life giving her a high amount of proficiency with both weapons in many different situations. She can be a force of nature as she is able to fire her bow at high speeds while closing the distance to finish any opponent off with her skills in close combat.

Appearance Description
Angel stands at five foot six with an average build that is not to athletic but she keeps herself from losing her basic athleticism. Her main features that would catch your eye if you looked at her would be her wavy reddish-orange hair that was bright and went down to the small of her back and also her vibrant blue eyes that always seem to caatch whatever light was in a room to make them bright.

Personality
Angel Wilkinsons had always been a sort of introvert for most of her life, but before the Equinox she had been on the border between an introvert and extrovert. She enjoyed being inside and being by herself just as much as being out and about with her friends and meeting people. Once the Equinox happened, she became a shut in for the first seven months after the event because she didn't know how to coap with what had happened. The information overload of her powers made it hard for her to balance interacting with people while handling the data that she was seeing causing her to completely shut down to the outside world.

Three years after the Equinox, Angel's introverted tendancies are still very prominent as she is still shy around people that she doesn't know and will not opening approach or make conversation with people she isn't familiar with. She does open up after a good amount of time getting to know that person though this does take some effort from both parties to work. Angel would like to get back to where she had been before the Equinox happened, but she is having a hard time getting over her social problems when it is to easy to find everything thing about a person she meets in a matter of seconds with her powers.

This enables her to alter these signals at will and connect with the internet without an external device. It would seems that the Subject is able to change information on the internet and automatically decrypt data though the extent is unknown at this time. Recommendation for farther Governmental observation and possible escalation of ADB classification dependant on farther understanding of powers. Possible National Security Threat if left unchecked.

EDIT: Ms. Wilkinsons does not appear to be a Threat of any kind and does not seem to have a full understanding of her powers. Will request that previous entries into files should be able to be altered without edits being added.

History
Angel Wilkinsons' childhood and early teen years where fairly average for a child growing up on the west coast of the United States. She grew up with a younger brother who she sort of got along with and was put into soccer from a young age by her parents until she was able to get out of it during high school. She always had an interest with new technology as a hobby and was always trying to take apart computers and other things to see how they work without even bothering to try and put them back together afterward. She wasn't a person that stood out in school, she got average grades and had a small group of friends who all went their own ways after high school while she went out of state for college.

Angel landed in Vorpool after college with a degree in Computer Science helping her get a job in a tech start up. She was just finally settling into her new life with her new job and building a new group of friends when she fell asleep one night and woke up the next day to find the world had changed forever.

How they were affected by Equinox
The Equinox was an earthshattering event for any around the world and it was no different for Angel. For months after the event, she had trouble couping with the change as her ability had altered her into some sort of super computer. She lost her job as she stayed locked up in her apartment trying to shut out the amount of information that she was now able to see and access without limits. After the government showed up and tried to figure out what her powers were, she realized it was not a bad dream and started to try and understand her powers.

A year after the Equinox, Angel was still a shut in but doing a little better dealing with the information. She had found that she was able to access almost anything through her new powers such as banks and the like Soon her college debt was paid off and she wasn't worrying about rent anymore.

Humans

The human immigrants to Shatrax have developed over the last 500 years to adjust to their new environment. These humans have become naturally light on their feet and with a abnormally well sense of balance as they now live on islands in the sky. A striking feat of these humans would be their tanned skin from years under the Shatrax sun.

Dwarves

The dwarves that have come to call Shatrax their home are not the same type of dwarves that left Gaia so many years ago. They are still similar with their long lives that can stretch to just over two hundred years, but these dwarves stay away from living underground and choose to live under the light of the sun with the other races. They can grow to just over four feet tall and a majority of the race chooses to wear short beards instead of long beards that reach to their knees.

Zotar

The Zotar are the original residents of Shatrax before the gate opened up from Gaia and brought the other races. They are a humanoid race with contrasting skin tones that go from a bone white to a dark charcoal grey. A noticeable trait of the race are their two horns that can grow up to twelve inches in length and have no difference in length between the males or females. It is common for the members of the race to gauge their ears with solid metal disks as well as tattoo their their skin with bright colored inks to contrast their paler skin. Their life span can be compared to that of normal humans going up to roughly eighty years.

Plane Description: <sub>Shatrax is a stubborn land that does not give anything to its inhabitants for free. The plane does not even make it easy for its inhabitants to use the magic that can be felt throughout the world. The plane at face value reveals that it houses a large amount of magic throughout it displayed with countless floating islands that dot the sky over the cloud sea. The land above the clouds is a fair land with good wind for sailing and many large flying beasts that are hunted down for food. Many different islands can be found in the sky ranging from rolling plains to towering mountains or even a lush forest.

The land below the clouds is said to be the land of the gods and any that travel into the clouds never returns to tell of what they discovered. Many tales are told of the massive monsters that appear climbing through the clouds that seem to be guarding the realm of their masters from all the would dare to breach the clouds.</sub>

Governance and Politics: <sub>The Empress of the House of Jaraxi rules over the Trade Empire as a visible head while a council of eight merchant guilds run the daily operations. The Jaraxi household claims all rights to the throne of the Empire as it rose through the confusion of the gateway opening up to unite the other local Zator clans under their banner. The Empire allows the other Zotar kingdoms to trade through their cities as middle men for a significant fee allowing for exotic items to show up in Jaraxi ports as the location of the Empire is along many major trade lanes.

The position of the Empire makes it troublesome for any of the other Zotar kingdoms to make a move against them as no kingdom trusts the others to control the trade routes. This allows the Jaraxi Trade Empire to prosper from their neutral position and open ports allowing for the ruling body of the Empire to focus on the happiness of their own citizens.</sub>

Technology and Magic:
<sub>Technology and magic on the plane of Shatrax are deeply entwined as magic would not work without the advances in technology that developed the artificers. Magic on Shatrax must be channeled through runes that are engraved onto weapons and objects to give them a range of properties and spells that can be used. The strength of the spells used depends on the amount and quality of the runes engraved on the imbued objects such as giving a ship the ability to be lighter than air by craving hundreds of powerful runes onto strategic locations on the ship. The range of spells that can be used is only limited by the runic alphabet given by the gods which is extensive language.

Artificers are skilled craftsmen and rune crafters that use their trade as smiths and vast knowledge of runes to create magical items or to engrave already created objects with runes. The most advanced technology that Shatrax boasts are the skyships that are the only safe way to travel between the islands that make up all habitable lands. There is no standard among the technology of the plane as each merchant guild and kingdom influences in what direction their money pushes their people.</sub>
