"So have you seen anyone else?" Roxy asked Vaggie through a mouthful of cereal. "I honestly wasn't sure if we were the only ones left."

He nodded. "Some people. Looters. I came here, thinking it'd be safe. You know? No one loots a Church. Plus, little ones like you two come. I...Don't want anyone little to get hurt."
Christa watched him with a knowing smile. Her father was like this, with her. It's why she felt so comfortable around the man. But...truth be told? She liked it a little better when it was just her...and Roxy. Her cheeks colored at that thought.

"You're a good man, Vaggie." Roxy said. "Kudos."
She was in truth a little suspicious of the man, but she pushed the thoughts from her mind. Christa seemed a bit more comfortable now and that was a reassuring thought. She sunk down into the pew, finally feeling like she could relax a little bit.

He nodded a bit and stood up, letting the little ones lay down. "Get some rest, eh? I'll keep watch."

Christa nodded and finished her cereal, then set the bowl down and tried to snuggle up to Roxy covertly.

Roxy noticed Christa trying to be sneaky and smiled to herself. She shuffled towards her, opening herself more to cuddles. She admittedly could really use some cuddles right about now.

Christa nuzzled her, sneaking an arm under Roxy and holding her as close as she could. "Just...sharing heat..." she whispered.

Roxy laid her arm down over Christa and sighed contentedly.
"Sure thing." She said. "Sure thing."

She smiled and rubbed her soft cheek on Roxy's.

Vagin rose an eyebrow when he came back to find Christa asleep like that. He chuckled softly and put his big ass coat over the two girls.

Roxy drifted slowly into a shallow sleep. On any other day, her back would complain about sleeping on the hard wood pews, but with Christa's pressure against her, she didn't even notice.

Vagin just kept a watch, letting them rest....

Come morning, Roxy slowly faded into some consciousness. The first thing she felt was Christa's warmth against her. She began drifting back into a comforted sleep before the previous day's events came back to her. First as a trickle, then as a flood. The next thing she knew she was wide awake, staring up at the church ceiling, breathing heavy as yesterday replayed in her mind.

Christa woke to the stress of Roxy. She muttered sleepily, then rubbed her cheek on Roxy's. "It's....it's ok...I'm..."

Vagin was fast asleep in another pew, snoring softly.

Roxy felt Christa's cheek on hers and sighed, letting her stress flow off. It was a reminder that she wasn't alone. That she still had someone who cared. She tightened her arm around the girl, closing her eyes again and losing herself in the sensation of human contact.

Christa smiled and nuzzled her. She...felt something odd in the area of her stomach...but ignored it and reveled in the touch of another human. She...was scared she'd never see her family again...and Roxy being there...helped.

Even after calming down, Roxy still couldn't get back to sleep. Not that she was unused to it though, whenever she woke up, she could never get back to sleep. It never really bothered her, except on days where she got a chance to sleep in, and she actually was thankful that she was awake to relax and enjoy some physical contact.

Christa smiled sleepily and yawned a bit. "Sorry...that you woke, I mean. Do you need me to stay?" She whispered, trying not to wake Vagin.

Roxy gave her a light squeeze, not really wanting to be alone right now.
"Only if you want to." She said, hoping that she did. "I don't want to trap you here."

She let out a goofy giggle and nuzzled up against her. "You're soft, warm and comfy. Why would I ever wanna leave?" and winked playfully. Her natural flirty side FINALLY coming out

Roxy giggled with her, and squeezed her tight with both arms. She was liking her even more now. Christa seemed much more relaxed and personable and Roxy liked it.
"I dunno. But there's no need to leave right now."

She smirked a little and nuzzled her more. "Mmmmm...nice and soft. What moisturizer do you use? Mine sucks."
