Ruby smirked at the young man who silenced the guy inside the room. She didn't really found this fair. He didn't sound okay, after all. She followed Max with her eyes untill he faded into his room. Then, she knocked on the door, again.
"I am afraid I cannot hear you any longer, but It would be a delight if you opened the door for me. If not, I will be around here." She walked a few steps back and sat on a stone bench.

The silence aura fades as Max gets further away from Rose (was going to be tied solely to him but as i said in OOC im gonna roll with it and its now kinda a bubble around him. anyone in the bubble has Zeeb silenced to them). The man's shouts suddenly start again to Rose and Adam.

Adam of course noticed the shouts once again. He wasn't in that mood, that particular time.
"Hey Ruby girl, I'm going out for a walk. Maybe check that Arena place or check my dorm. Take care." He said and threw a cigarette at her. She caught the cigarette, put it in her pocket, and gave him a light smile in reply waving her hand.
Ruby soon heard the screams as well. The whole thing got her really confused, wondering whether any professor heard them as well. Well, the only thing she could do is ask that man for advice, since he looked more experience, judging by the silence spell he casted before. She walked to his door, fixed her dress and tightened the long bow in her hair, and knocked lightly. She waited for a reply, tangling her fingers with eachother.

@AlicePleasanceLiddell His eyes opened glowing bright red. He considered opening the door and blasting whoever was out there but the Professors had made it clear they weren't to harass the new students with magic until they could defend themselves plus the fact that he didn't really want to anyway. He got out of bed once again summoning his shadow armour for the 2nd time that night. He walked slowly towards the door and opened it quickly. Seeing the rather pretty girl in the dress standing in the doorway (well im guessing she is. Considering the other boys earlier...) he tried to smile and did a quick half nod half bow at her. Waiting for her to speak.

Ruby smiled awkwardly at the young man.
"Salute, again. Excuse moi for getting you up, but that man next door doesn't sound alright. It would be a delight if you helped me help him, or maybe give me some advice, that would be lovely." She said, and kept standing on the doorway, moving her toes up and down under her shoes.

@AlicePleasanceLiddell He blinked a couple of times from being so tired. "Well to be honest." he started "I don't know how to help him. He's either ignoring us or can't hear us above his shouting. We can't go in unless given permission, let in by a Professor or if the door was unlocked so I don't know how. The dorms have wards on so there is no teleporting, phasing blasting down the doors with magic or telepathy that can get through (although people can talk telepathically by default the person in the dorm can shut it out and also only communication, no peeking) Hopefully he'll snap out of it soon or this block is going to have a lot of restless nights..."

Ruby seemed dissapointed. She frowned a bit, and nodded in acceptance of the fact.
"I see. That's very unfortunate." She wished the screaming man would come out, or at least rest. "I apologise, once again, for keeping you up. I shall take my leave. Thank you for your time." She gave Max a smile and raised her right arm in front of him. "My name is Ruby."

He nods at her apology then smiles back and shakes her hand "I am Max." he said with the word Max echoing in a quiet cold voice.
"I hope to see you again soon Ruby. Goodbye and Goodnight." He then turned around walking back into his room using shadows to close the door behind him before shedding his shadow armour and laying in bed for HOPEFULLY the last time that night.

Ruby smiled back, left the closed door behind her and proceeded to sit on the stone bench. Strange people she met, here at the Academy. She wondered what Adam was doing, but if there was one thing she knew for sure that would be that he is surely smoking. That moment she remembered the cigarette she had in her pocket. She would surely enjoy a cigarette. She took it out of her pocket and placed it in her mouth, and then she realised she had no lighter, and as a water mage she was not really good with fire. She looked at Maxes door and shrugged her shoulders. She stood up once again, and just like before, she knocked playfully, in the rythm of a well know magic related child song.

His eyes opened murdurously for the third time. IS THERE NO REST FOR THE WEARY!!! he raged in his head. Shadows around him gathered making him look much larger and darker naturally. He had 3 choices in his opinion.
1. Go out and kill the person athough he didnt really want to and probably wouldnt anyway + the fact due to the schools wards he probably couldnt either.
2. Cast the silence spell again and be rude by ignoring her.
3. Go out and see what she wants.

He decided to follow the last one because he didnt want to cause any trouble on their first day. He stood up lazily summoning his shadow armour flicked a shadow at the door opening it with a rush of cool air and walking out saying "hmm?" Wearily.

"Are those your pajamas?" Comes a new voice from down the hall.

In the time it took for Max to make himself decent to face this latest bedtime interruption a new face had wandered in. A short boy stared at him while walking down the hallway. Well, "stared" wasn't really the right word for it. He didn't really seem to be focusing on anything, but there was the impression that Max was the one not being focused on at the least.

"It'd be bad for you, right, sleeping in armor?" He continued, more to himself than anything. "I'd have to be, like, terrible for your back or something. Or pinch." Then he halted his advance mid step, and looked deep in thought for a few deep moments. "Turtles do it though." He resumed, continuing his movement right where it had left off. "Crabs and stuff. Bugs, you know? Can't be that bad, those animals do it and we're better off than them. More evolved. But maybe we're better off than them 'cause we don't bother with it?"

Wherever that line of thought had been headed was suddenly derailed by the fresh round of shouts from Wolfs room, causing him to stop short in front of the door. He studies the door for a moment before turning to Ruby and Max and pointing at it. "That's dreadful."

She was already smiling with a pinch of guilt and also playfullness when the door opened, holding the cigarette in front of her face.
"I'll need a l-" She didn't manage to finish her words, for a new arrival stopped her. She turned her gaze upon the young boy. He seemed so cartoonish, with all that nonstop talking. She looked back at Max and smiled while raising her eyebrows and opening her eyes more widely, but that was just for a second, for her eyes kept following the newcomer.

@Gentlemanvaultboy@AlicePleasanceLiddell Hearing the very short boys words Max started to get quitr insulted and annoyed (well hes basically worn himself out and people are keeping him up) shadows tightened around him as he almost formed a shaow spear to throw at the boy. Just stopping himself in time he opened his hand releasing the shadows. Seeing Ruby's expression he couldnt stop himself from having a quick laugh at the boy. Suddenly his gloves disapeeared and he flexed his hands. He didnt know what to say.

"Sorry?" He says as shadows swirl round the big guys hand then dissipate. "I'm from down the hall here and we were worrying about this whole..." he looks back at the screaming door. "This situation. I was going walking anyway, nothing in my room, boring, got told to check. Is he dying? Or, like, one of them drug fiends?"

She bowed slightly and nodded to the young man.
"I'm afraid we do not know more than you do." She looked back at the door. "He doesn't seem to hear us at all."

@AlicePleasanceLiddell@Gentlemanvaultboy Max nodded slowly at Ruby's explanation. There was nothing else he could add to.
He backed away a couple of steps closer to his room, " Now does anyone else need me for anything before I lay down again?" he says whilst yawning in between the words need and me. His shadows got smaller and smaller as fatigue got the better of his body mind and soul.

She turned at Max.
"A lighter, if you might." Ruby told him in a light voice and she showed him the cigarette. She payed a glance at the boy behind her. He seemed fun, but at that moment she didn't really want to stay with him. He would surely drain her energy very fast.

[Minimum]

@AlicePleasanceLiddellMax nodded and a shadow floated to his hand with a lighter in it. He tossed it to her and smiled. Walking into his room and shutting the door he called out "GOOD NIGHT!" and silently vowed that he wasn't opening that door again for ANYTHING or ANYONE. As soon as he laid down he entered a deep deep sleep.

"Magic." Bobby says as the shadow guy shut the door. "Convenient, huh? He didn't even have to reach down to get that. Welp, better tell them that this," he waves his hand at the door, "You know, this nonsense won't be stopping anytime soon. See ya' round maybe."

With that he gave Ruby a wave and ambled back the way he came, leaving her alone in the hall.
