Operation Report
1998, The Arklay Mountains located on the outskirts of Racoon city, bizarre murders took place, in which the victims were eaten. This was the rise of what we know now as the T-virus. In the same year, the virus had spread to racoon city, inevitably, turning people into un-dead cannibals. The company known as Umbrella was responsible for creating the virus. They had also had created a biological weapon from a human known as Nemesis. Luckily our S.T.A.R.S. team helped quarantine the city. Umbrella was finished.
Six years after these events. The president's daughter was kidnapped on her trip to SPAIN by a mysterious cult, now Identified as the Los illumminados. Their Leader, Lord Saddler had possession of a mind-controlling parasite known as Las Plagas, and he injected the parasite into all the villagers, essentially enslaving then as a god or monarch. Special agent Leon S. Kennedy, sent by the the President's order, rescued the girl from the Cult. But the virus wasn't stopped.
Five years later, a BSAA (Bio-terrorism Security Assessment Alliance) agent was sent to Kjuju, African to help his partner apprehend Ricardo Irving before he could sell a bio-organic weapon on the black market. Upon arrival, the village locals showed signs of infection and parasites, this had turned out a variant of Las Plagas. Reports stated that this had led to the recreation of the T-Virus and then used to create an incredibly powerful strain bye Neo-Umbrella, known as Uroboros
Four Years Later, The Newly risen leader of Neo-Umbrella had used a recreated variant of the T-virus, known as the C-vrius on most of the BSAA members, inevitably killing them. Those who survived was capture by the leader, Ada Wong. The survivors escaped a year later.
9/19/2015, Sings of infection, parasites, and cannibalism started to show off the coast off Florida, some victims right now seem slow and un-responsive, while the others that seem lively ave quite mysterious personalities, they rarely talk, yet they seem affiliated into some type of cult. There are police and agents out in the field, consequently there are a few Rouges running around with an an Umbrella like symbol, somewhere on their clothing. Headbands, bandannas, even shirts. Some of them even armed with high caliber weapons. To whom this may concern, I wish you luck out there.

1. Okay so big thing here. I'm looking for realism. Have fun but, but get hurt, ect. Remember the struggle is real.
2. Charries (Characters cx) get up to 5 skills/talents.
3. Cursing it allowed, just don't be a sailor.
4. Keep in mind that this is still limited on romance. Do the humpity dumipty in le~ pms cx
5. Two weapons max. After all you cant have a pocket filled with RPGs and Ak-47s.
6. Survival rules, here your fighting for your life, create factions and fight other factions.
7. Food and water is real. Use it
8. There will be time, because time plays a big factor here. The night is bad to be out in.
9. Regarding rule 8. Yes you may go out after dark. do at your own risk.
10. To be sure to add a monologue. Doesn't have to be long, just interesting cx. Think of it as a warm up :P
11. Faction members are allowed to break away from their factions or they can go rouge. Your choice.
12. Let The GM or CO-gm know if there are any faction changes or about the creation of new factions.
13. A faction starts when 3 or more characters join together for an extended period of time.
