I don't have a single clue as to where your person is. I'm assuming most of our characters will be there for one reason or the other, to see if they can find their soulmate amidst the crowd.

All you said is that he started playing. Is it out in the country, in the city, open-air in a field, inside a concert-hall type of thing, private club setting, what?

XD *snuggles* I like your ideas, I called him Dragon kin, So was wondering wantto go along the idea that the dragons took two parts in how they adapt their forms? One being shifters and the other that are like stuck in the mid form of the shiftier.The Kin body appears humans but they are dragons body if you would cut them open the anatomy would be that of a dragon not a human. With Dragon kin often having wings, tails, scales etc at all times and such?

Maybe dragon kin focused more of magic than on melding with humans peps? I can imagine Dans mom being a shiftier but his dad is definitely a guy who was a lot like old dragons, a kin. With wings tails and horns sharp teeth etc.

p.s. I always wondered how dragons blood/bones, body etc would affect people.(thinks of china's medicine) Should we have some of the old tales where drinking dragon blood and such gives powers? Or call them fairy tales?

SECOND Thing is for everyone.
Delilah is a waitress in a cafe and a NPC, so she is free to be used by everyone when they need. Thought to explain that so people know about her and do not wonder who that is.

@Argetlam350 want to have Tholo and Danilo be in a bar at the start of this rp? Maybe its a bar opposite side of the street where the concert is happening, or maybe in the same building a more fancy place?
Or if you rather be on the concert feel free to blame Dan for dragging the wolf to it. in the fashion. ''For me to forgive you that you kept the special date of yours a secret from your friend we shall go to a concert now! ''

Or the third option if you prefer to have them separate and each do their own thing?

Hey, that works. Tbh, I was planning on having the shifter with three primary forms, that being human, dragon, and then draconian (humanoid dragon), but then I saw yours as I was like "Nah"

My guy is like a half draconic shifter.

I remember rolling my eyes because I'm from the state of New York and every time an RP or something takes place in a big city it's always NYC. Lol, @Argetlam350, she actually does have one on her shoulder! Well, more like between her shoulder blades, it's a fancy rendition of the Delacroix family crest (the modernized version of her last name, but the same family line). She also has an intricate fleur de lis just above her left hip bone.

Side note for new Supernaturals coming in to New York. The canon that Silent and I have kinda set up is that the world is kinda set into two governments. One running the country and one running the supernatural population in a certain city. Elders of races etc etc running certain areas.Solenne being the current Vampiric one of the immediate vacinity, new arrivals are asked to check in with him or a local human government branch...which ever is most applicable to a chatacter and their feelings towards vampires.
