@Conibear DnD reference! I like it, but a bag of holding is... Well, magical. I don't know how technology would permit you to do that, as mass and all that stuff, unless you condensed the mass and expanded it to normal size once out.
Ah but what if the bag itself was beyond the standard Euclidean Geometry and in fact functioned as a non-Euclidean device? And the bag is in fact, not three dimensional like everything else, but was in fact a four dimensional object. And the bag itself is the only real three dimensional object is the bag itself, while the inside is a four dimensional space which hosts the actual stuff.
Imagine the world as 2D existence on a piece of paper, with every citizen as a two dimensional stick figure, and the bag is featured as another drawing. The could move items around the bag, but when placing a thing in it is now off the page of reality yet still within the 2D bag.
Or something like that. Or Hell, it could just be magic and I move my dude slightly more towards magic inclined. Who knows.
@SepticGentleman Your first ability, as broad as it is, can't make anything too advanced, since the mastery covers a broad expanse, and very advanced technology you would know only general details about it. As for the second one, it's too bio-machina for me. It doesn't fit with the Mecha-Machina style. The third one I can let slide.
In addition, a rare material called Cortex is used as a powerful supply of energy. It works like a battery. It has the ability to replicate any form of energy, and has it's own unique, powerful energy, and the usable form is kept in crystal shards.
