Name: Davad Sanaa
Species: Human, unknown origin
Gender: Male
Affiliation: Himself.
Blade is orange.
A blond human, his hair is cropped in an undercut. The long crop on top of his head is usually tied, and his hood is often up. He wears a very simple robe like garment, with a short hooded jacket over top, and a belt for his equipment.
History: Born a slave in the Sith Empire, when his Force sensitivity was sensed as a child, he was shipped off to Korriban to be brought up as an Acolyte. He learned the ways of the Sith through the usual cycle of abuse and the pushing of his physical and mental limits.
Many slaves and acolytes come to accept their position, and of those that don't, few survive trying to do anything about it. Davad was one of them. A Sith assassin took him on, intending for him to be an expendable minion on a mission to slay a Jedi. When they had their target in their sights, still undetected, Davad ignited his saber early. His master thought this was incompetence, and she turned hers to the Jedi, thinking she would need to fight them now that their position had been revealed. She sensed his intentions at the last moment, as his saber plunged into her back. He took hers from her, and fled the Jedi, using the starfighter they had lined up as an escape craft.
Davad hates the Sith, for what had been done to him his whole life, for the lives of his brothers and sisters he had been forced to take. But he values his freedom too highly to join an open rebellion against them. And he holds his rage too close to his heart to be easily turned to the Jedi way. Despite leaving the Sith Empire, he still believes in their code. As far as he is concerned, his passion turned to strength, to power, to victory, and to his freedom.
