Name: Roshan. Lord of the rotting. Binder of Devils. Crusher of Bones.
Appearance:
Age: 50,000 years old.
Species: Demon Bandar. ((Bandar are a race of ape men, enslaved by demon ogres.)) Pretender God. ((A powerful creature that is attempting to ascend to god hood. This is a sort of Sub-Race.))
Gender: Male.
Personality: Roshan is a brutish, violent rampaging typhoon of destruction. His temper is hair thin, and his disregard for any life makes him dangerous to be near. However, those that wish to appease him need only bring two things. Food, and virgin women. Roshan's gluttony is one of the few things that is an in for people to make friends with him. And by friends, that means he doesn't rip your arms off. As for the virgin women, Roshan uses them for blood sacrifices to fuel magical spells, and, if he enjoys the look of them, as concubines. Roshan is almost heartless, as he's willingly killed young girls only as old as 3 for his blood magics, and killed entire families of unarmed people for fun.
Roshan's favorite foods are suckling pigs, roasted on a spite, fried ants, and apples. If you bring him Bananas, he will try to kill you without explanation.
Bio: Roshan was once little more than a Bandar Commander, a leader of a small group of troops, working under his god's watch tirelessly. However, when all other troops had broken under the pressure of the invaiding horrors from the void, a realm of Chuthulian creatures, Roshan stood strong, and charged into the enemy, swinging his blade into the flesh of their vanguard. He suffered many a wound, ranging from stingers to tridents to tentacles nearly crushing him with their strikes, but quickly, in his berserk, he broke though the line. His example caused many of his men to be amazed, and then, refreshed of their devotion to their god. They turned, picking up the blades they had thrown down, and too flew into the enemy. It was a victory, but a costly one, and Roshan was thought to be among the slain..however, this was not the case. The creature that was the god of these people, a great Vampire Queen of exceptional power with magics involving death, and blood, waved her hand. 300 virgins were slain, their blood fueling the transformation of Roshan, giving him a body of great power.
That, was 40,000 years ago, and the god of Roshan's people has vanished, the Vampire queen growing bored of the apes, and the demons. Roshan was the one to fill that power vacuum, becoming the new god of the Bandar, and the demons that imprisoned them. He now seeks to destroy all others that would dare oppose him, and his eternal reign.
Abilities:
Death Magics: Roshan is well versed in the school of death magics, just as the Vampire Queen was. He is able to cause bodies to rise from their graves as ghouls, skeletons, and as Longdeads, undead that closely resembles that of who they used to be. This magic is powered by Death Magic Gems, which can be gathered at points of magical powers, or places with extreme amounts of death.
Blood Magic: Roshan's main area of expertise, he's mastered the art of driving power from the sacrifice of virgins, to power his war machine. This school of magic involves corrupting wells of magical power, binding demons, causing plagues, and killing his foes in terrible and painful manners, such as causing them to bleed from their eyes, mouth, ears, and nose until the blood loss kills them.
Wielder of a greater sword of sharpness: Roshan's preferred weapon is his two-handed blade of sharpness, a blade enchanted to grow sharper the more it cuts, preventing it from ever dulling. This blade is able to cut though most armors, even enchanted ones. However, he's never tested it on space age armors, or that of any sort of vehicle like a tank, as none exist in his armor.
Owner of the Skull Amulet: Roshan has a necromancy amulet, that allows him to summon skeletons in the middle of a battle, without expending any magical energy to do so, but these Skeletons are weak, and not overly useful in the grand scheme of things. These mainly act as defenders to Roshan, should an assassin attempt to kill him.
Berserk: Roshan, if wounded, will go into a frenzy, loosing all sense of self preservation, and will fling himself into his enemies. He becomes slightly stronger, faster, but his defenses drop quite a bit.
Recalled: If Roshan is killed, he may be revived by his priests back on his home world. This, however, takes months, and each time Roshan will return a little weaker. He can be strengthened again, via spending large amount of gems/blood slaves to recoup his strength.
Universe of Origin: Dominions 3 ((Non-Cannon. Not that this universe HAD a canonical version.))
Gonna get to work on his Kingdom, if that's ok. And his world, if, again, ok.
