The Ethereal are said to be wise and all-knowing beings that have lived long enough and advanced so much a a civilization that almost no secret exists to them in the universe they originate from. They rarely are preoccupied by feelings that the average living beings would feel, thus leaving them devoid of any drive related to intense avarice or wrath. There are however prideful beings and certainly consider themselves the superior beings and so much above humanity despite the fact that they've recognized a superior potential in the homosapients. The Uber Ethereal often speaks in a cryptic manner, as if it were reciting passages or a prophecy. It never truly seems surprised or stunned by anything as it always expresses a keen interest in things it discovers for the first time, as intimidating as they may be.

Despite losing their title as most powerful beings in any universe, they remain prideful while completely devoted to the higher power they consider 'The Envisioning One'. Almost religiously, they devote themselves to the cause, even if the message they spread has ever been clear as of now.

Abilities:

• Psi-Dominance: The very essence of the overwhelming Psi powers used by the Ethereal. This manifests itself in a way that it allows the creature's entire body to be enhanced with Psi energy. Without this power, the emancipated and old body of the Ethereals would crumble within minutes, as such it gives a considerable boost in defensive prowess to the Ethereal as well (think Hierro from Bleach). This also enables levitation and flight (being its main medium of mobility).
• Psi-Kinesis: Using its psi powers, the Ethereal manifests four arm-like vectors that are visible to stronger beings (PC's) and allow it to grab a hold of objects and individuals all the while having exceptionally high strength. They can carry up to 500 kg per vector.
• Psi-Lance: Its main fighting ability that allows it to manifest a lance-like weapon out of pure psi energy. Often used as a projectile, it can be fired at bullet speed in a linear direction. It can also be used as a close range weapon, working as a form of bladed staff that can inflict severe cuts and burns when in contact. The Uber Ethereal is remarkably skilled with such a weapon due to its psi powers enhancing their motor functions and reactive capabilities.
• Mind Merge: The Ethereal is capable of sharing its mind to up to 5 creatures it is allied with. Basically, it not only enhances their reflexes and precision in their approaches but also allows a psionic link between them.
• Mindfray: A simple mind manipulation ability that is manifested by a small and quick beam of psi energy that travels through matter and cannot be blocked by basic objects. It doesn't inflict damage, but it causes the victim to have blurred vision and their body to feel a lot heavier than it should for a short period of time.
• Psi-Panic: Manifested the same way as Mindfray, this time it imposes strange illusions to anyone affected, often distorting the notion of space and making things appear bigger or smaller, closer or father to cut any orientation they'd have.
• Mind Control: Only usable on extremely weak beings (normal humans, non-PC's for example) and corpses. It essentially allows it to control them as long as they're not directly attacked.
• Psi-Field: A barrier that has two layers: The passive and active. The passive, transparent layer extends to about 50 meters in radius and simply serves as a way to detect any psionic activity or active minds. Essentially it serves as a radar for anything thinking. The second layers must be activated and can only last twenty seconds. It creates a purple barrier of 150m in radius. Anything penetrating the field once it is cast will have its speed cut in half as long as the barrier is active or if it gets out of it.
• Rift: A bizarre rift power that so far seems to be blocked in other universes. To be detailed once it is gained back.

Capabilities:
It is hard to say with precision what are their capabilities. Technologically, they're at peak with the Uber Ethereal's presence. It is also said they hold more than one Quincy from the Bleach universe, easily putting them high up in the 'magic' category. They constantly grow their capabilities by acquiring various elements from universes they set their foot in.

Objectives:
Although unclear, their MO is quite simply, gather anything that they consider of extremely unique value. This is applies to either objects or entities that display special properties and that they'd like in their ranks.
They've demonstrated more than once a keen interest in appropriating the multiversal travel mediums, the Terminals, for themselves. Most likely for profit but the idea of conquer isn't farfetched either.

History:
Because of the mysteries shrouding the creator of The Dark Outliners, how it started remains a secret, even to the higher ups. But it is clear that they've been operating very recently and causing, maybe not chaos, but problematic damage to various universes they've visited. Often taking away essential parts of the universe to leave it unstable. They're extremely hostile to those getting in their way and will sometimes even attack 'specials' without any clear motivating factor or warning. Whatever demonstrates something out of the norm should remain weary when travelling in the Multiverse.

Bambietta is a particularly sadistic individual, evident in how she screams in joy as she slaughters her enemies. She is not above attacking her male subordinates to vent her frustration, sometimes bringing them into her room under false pretenses before killing them without remorse. She does not believe in fighting if one has already thrown away one's life. Bambietta refers to herself as the self proclaimed "leader" between her and some of her fellow Sternritter, and dislikes being abandoned by them and finds it quite embarrassing, in such cases she explodes the nearby environment in a destructive manner and implies she will reduce the area to flat land to bring them out.

Abilities:

Ji Ekusupurōdo

The Explode (爆撃 (ジ・エクスプロード), Ji Ekusupurōdo; Japanese for "Bombing Raid"): Bambietta has the ability to create bombs. Her explosive attacks cannot be blocked because her attacks are not bombs made of Reishi; they are Reishi that turn anything they make contact with into a bomb itself. However, her attacks can be deflected before the explosion occurs if hit by a sufficient force. This ability allows for omni-directional attacks, such that Bambietta does not have to actually target an opponent and can inflict significant area damage. By using her power, Bambietta can set off explosions within her close vicinity. Additionally, she can generate explosive energy around her, which radiates outward in a large globe and causes heavy damage to her surroundings.

Reishi Manipulation: As a Quincy, she primarily absorbs spiritual energy from the atmosphere, and combines it with her own spiritual energy to form weapons. She has an easier time collecting this energy in environments with higher concentrations of Reishi such as in Soul Society or Hueco Mundo.

Immense Spiritual Power: Bambietta's spiritual power is on a level comparable to or greater than that of a captain-level Shinigami. She is powerful enough to fight several Shinigami simultaneously, including 7th Division Captain Sajin Komamura and his lieutenant, Tetsuzaemon Iba.

Reishi Sword: Using her abilities as a Quincy, Bambietta can concentrate both spirit energy and particles in order to transform them into weapons. Her favored weapon manifests in the form of a short ornate broadsword, somewhat reminiscent of a Chinese dao, with a forked blade in the style of Zulfiqar. Using this sword, she can bifurcate multiple Shinigami and their respective Zanpakutō with ease.

Bambietta: Vollständig
When this is activated, a substantial amount of Reiatsu is released, resulting in the formation of a towering column of energy that ends in a large Quincy Cross, from which Bambietta emerges in the Quincy: Vollständig after the column shatters. In this form Bambietta develops large wings and a halo in the shape of a star-like Quincy Zeichen floating above her head. According to Giselle Gewelle, because of her idiocy and the power she gains from this form, Bambietta could end the whole battle against Soul Society before it really starts.

Flight: Using the Reishi wings generated by the Vollständig, Bambietta gains the ability to fly at high speeds

The Explode (Enhanced): While using Quincy: Vollständig, orbs of Reishi form underneath her wings. She can release these Reishi spheres from her wings, sending large quantities of them into her surroundings. Any item that comes in contact with these Reishi orbs becomes a bomb and explodes after a brief delay.

You bet! lol. Basically, in an Alternate New York, the heroes got together thanks to Nova (by @thewizardguy) made a huge-ass palace and now some of the fighters are fighting Lord Starkiller (Played by moi; with a surprise near the end)

In Bern, Swizterland, most of the enemies enemies are present there (including Doomsday and some other guy... forgot).

The Uber will consider him inferior but at the same time worthy of observation because he is, well, a man and pretty much their big ruler. With the goal of course to capture him or recruit him into the weird creepy team!

Abilities: He is the greatest Human wizard holding access to vast arcane powers and knowledge. Because of his long exposure to warpstone, it deformed him into a walking skeleton, but one with extreme Strength and Toughness. However despite all his power, the poison of the Fellblade still continues to eat away his soul.

Magic: Even weakened he is still the strongest Wizard, being capable of summoning and creating armies of Undeads and destroying armies. He is especially good at the Lores of Death, Light, Nehekhara, Vampires and Undeath(of which it's his own creation) and the Lore of Dark Magic.

Equipment: In his right hand he wields Zefet-nebtar, the Mortis Blade, a magic weapon of great evil which increases his strength and possess a edge capable of great destruction, in his other hand he holds Alakanash, the Staff of Power, of which stores great ammounts of arcane energy to be later used by Nagash in his spells or to boost his strength. He is clad in Morikhane, the Black Armour, which gives him mighty protection against attacks. And he also possess nine ancient tomes of his own creation, the Liber Mortis, which orbit him around by his arcane energies.
He also has the Crown of Sorcery, which greatly amplifies his magic strength, but this artifact was lost on his battle against Alcadizzar.
