Service History: Born on Earth to wealthy parents with multiple siblings, being the middle child he enrolled in military academy at West Point. The top of his class he went on to become an expert pilot, however his skills as a soldier were needed more and he joined the Air Assault corps. Eventually ONI selected him for a team sent in to retrieve a missing Sabre.

During the invasion of Earth he was present on Mars arriving along with hundreds of fresh reinforcement with help push the Covenant back letting MAC guns from the ground open fire. Victory on Mars was mostly due to the Covenants full concentration on Earth.

He stayed with ONI for years working with Spartan fire team Knight as a science officer, while not an expert his college major was in alien archaeology. He is able read and speak some of the Covenants language.

After this and a few other select missions Matthews was picked up by Palmer and removed from ONI to join the Spartans. His Fire team was split up to mentor younger Spartans teams. ONI contacted him offering to give him a chance to fly to again and to serve with other Spartans.

Service History: Born on Earth's moon Luna February 14th 2527. Jones Grew up alongside Spartan Sarah Palmer during the initial stages of the Human Covenant war. Jones and Palmer joined the Marines together and served 12 tours on 8 worlds as ODSTs. in October 2552 Spartan Palmer and Jones went their separate ways after Palmers squad was sent to a colony to rescue Admiral Kovalic. Instead he was Deployed alongside Fellow ODSTs, Edward Buck, Kojo 'Romeo'Agu, Micheal 'Mickey' Crespo, Taylor 'Dutch' Miles and The Rookie to New Mombasa to aid the Master Chief with the Capture of the Prophet of Regret. however that changed when Veronica Dare changed the squads mission to the retrieval of the AI the Superintendent. after the Battle of New Mombasa, Jones and his new squad of ODSTs aided SPARTAN II blue team at the Battle of Ross Island in Antarctica. He later served along side Spartan Palmer for the last time on the UNSC Infinity during the Battles of Requiem before joining the Spartan IV Program.

Service History:
Joshua was conscripted into the SPARTAN-II program in 2517 when he was identified by Dr. Catherine Halsey at age six as a physically and mentally exceptional child. He was brought to Reach and trained alongside the other Spartans. During the Human-Covenant war, he took part in many battles. Joshua’s key role was on reach, His fire team was ordered to take out a covenant cruiser in low orbit above reach. His team were going to use a havoc nuclear warhead to blow the cruiser inside out; they used banshees to get close to the gravity lift were they would release the warhead. The plan went well until the team realised that the nuke’s time had been damaged during flight, Joshua then volunteered to stay behind and fix the timer. As the team left to get to a safe distance Joshua flew up the lift. He reached the bomb and realised he could link it to the firing mechanism of the main plasma launcher After about half an hour of fighting he made it, and wired the nuke up, he knew it wouldn’t be long before the ship started the glassing process and so he ran to the nearest shuttle bay where he found a phantom. He then piloted it to the safe zone just making it. He landed next to the rest of his team; land hopped out just as the main cannon started to light up there was an almighty boom, as the nuke exploded within the ship. The team took the phantom back to the ship where he was commended for his bravery. After that mission he was contacted by the office of naval intelligence, he was being reassigned to a special team of lone operators who would work on eliminating or disrupting key covenant leaders.

@Silentsniper211 One question, the Spirit of Fire never returned and was deemed lost with all hands... How did your Spartan fight in the battle their?

@Kurai Assassin The only people to survive Onyx was a small stealth Corvette with a tiny bridge crew and the Spartans on the ground. I don't think you could have been their for that one.

Plus the only survivors of Onyx ended up in some weird slipspace sphere or something.

@Kurai Assassin Yeah, I didn't see much against changing the fate of one spartan as it was not a major leader or key role in the spartan II program, if it's a major thing I could probably just change his name and active missions.
