Gathered friends, listen again to our legend of the Bionicle.
In a time before time, we, the Matoran, were driven from our home.
Lost and unprotected, the six Turaga lead us in the Great Exodus.
Finally, the wall was passed, and a great land was found.
Here we built our city, our home, of Kongero Nui.

Once every year, the citizens of Kongero Nui gather to watch the Red Star pass low on the northern horizon. Long has it been said that the light of the Red Star brings prosperity to the Matoran of the land.
Legends also speak of the city's birth, and the mythical Toa stone that was brought with the first passing of the Red Star. Long has it been guarded, and the very existence of a Toa stone, let alone a Toa, have faded into the realm of myth and fairytale.

Story So Far

Objective:
Matoran meet before the Red Star Festival and A: Plan to gather to see the star, B: Want to see if the Toa stone is real, or what is really kept in the city's center, using the opportunity of everyone being at the festival as a means of ingress.
Characters:

The City

The Vatali

These Rahi like Machines are the city's main security system. With long, almost serpentine bodies, and three pairs of wings, these systematic sentinels fly high over the city streets, typically circling close to buildings, keeping an ever watchful eye on the Matoran below.

@Billsomething I like your initiative, but I didn't even post a CS yet. Sorry if this seems unfair, but I'm a bit of a stickler for formatting, so once an official CS format is given, I'd like you to change your cs to that, so no one gets confused as to what their CS should look like. Also, your images are broken. And I guess I didn't make this clear, but most of the Matoran that exist now are ones built in the city, so while he could know the game Kohlii, because the Po-Matoran probably have a place for it in the desert, and he can totally have lost an arm, it likely wouldn't have been from a "Chute" lurker, since there aren't chutes in Kongero Nui. There might be some kind of other Lurker that's, well, essentially the same Rahi, but called something different because it lives in, like, mountainous jungle caves or something.

Updates: A character sheet is now up! A map of the city has been added! The rocky coast to the south east technically counts as De-Congro.

Name: Kumanu
Gender: Male
Element: Ice
Mask: Kanohi Faxon, Mask of Kindred (currently powerless)

Appearance:Kumanu is a long-limbed Matoran in snowy white armour, save for his neck, hands and lower legs which are a clear, bright blue. His most distinguishing physical feature is the telescopic lens over the right eye of his noble-shaped faxon.

Occupation: Kumanu works for the Kongero Nui City Council as an animal control matoran. Wherever the rahi of an area are becoming a nuisance or even a danger, he comes in to catch them and rehome the offending animals to their natural habitats away from important infrastructure. This job ranges from blade burrowers digging through the mines of Onu-Congro to clearing out nests of lightning bugs on Vo-Congro. Mostly, however, he sticks to Ko-Congro and deals with ice bats and crystal climbers that try to set up colonies atop high buildings, often caving in rooftops in the process.

Description: Like most Ko-Matoran, Kumanu is a quiet type and prefers to think before he speaks, but underneath that frosty exterior, he has a big heart. He cares genuinely and deeply for his friends and his city, and he uses his colder rational side to help them be the best that they can be. He loves his job working with animals, and is patient, calm and gentle with them, though sometimes he must cause them some discomfort in the course of his job. Still, taking them out of dangerous areas will ultimately benefit both the rahi and the matoran of Kongero Nui, so he knows that his actions are justified. He is a good strategic thinker in this way – he can recognise the best course of action for benefits in the long term. Thinking for the future is, after all, the Ko-Matoran way.

Tools: Kumanu carries a kanoka disk launcher to help him deal with uncooperative rahi.

Relationships:
• Other PCs – unknown as yet
• One evening a week, he plays goalie for a local akilini team.
• Kumanu keeps a pet ice gafna named Matao

Journal: Nothing as yet.

Bag:
• A wallet containing 20 widgets
• Keys to his home, workplace, and motorised transport
• A pack of cards
• Water bottle
• Pen and paper
• Gafna treats

Name: Arhini
Element: Air
Mask: a Powerless Matutu

Appearance:Matoran form

Occupation: Former Pro-Kohlii Player. Now is an Engineer/Repairman
Description: : Arhini is quite the braggart and tends to exaggerated things though these exaggerations tend to be quickly put down by his friends. But spite this Arhini is friendly if a bit of an airhead (No pun intended), when at his workshop if you see him tampering with something then its best not trying to talk to him, as he is someone who doesn't like being distracted when working.

Tools: Doesn't really carry any tools as he leaves them at his workshop. though he does own a Zamor Launcher

Relationships:
PC (will wait until more are part of this)
Likes to give tips to Kohlii Players when he watches them train

Journal: Despite being a Le-Matoran Arhini actually lives in Po-Congro, He moved there when he first became interested Kohlii

Arhini lost his arm to a Muaka
Bag:
40 widgets
Keys to his workshop

It looks like interest has diminished at this stage, sadly.

Do you think the game can still go forward if those of us who are in take two characters each?

Well, I'm one to give more time for people to gather, personally. Anyway, even of no one who hasn't posted here from the Interest Check and/or who is accounted for shows up, and we each play one, we have four Toa, counting myself. We could double, but we don't all have to. I'd have to confirm some things, but yeah, should be able to work something out.
@Billsomething Your images are still not working. Also, you're allowed to give Matoran Language names to masks that lack them if it comes up, as long as I approve them I guess.

We could double, but we don't all have to.

I'd be quite happy to, especially if it gets us up to the traditional six-member team. I've been thinking about a lively little Ba-matoran.

Oh, awesome. Looks like only two people will need to. I have an idea for a Ce-Matoran who has an interesting job, or a De-Matoran with some... issues.

Name: Hura
Element: Plantlife
Mask: Powerless Kanohi Rode- Mask of Truth
----- The Powerless Kanohi Rode has a similar appearance to a Powerless Rau, but lacking the line like marking, and being held closer to the face.
Gender: Male
Appearance: Hura is a small looking, compact Matoran with dark green armor. His mask has blue stripes painted near the cheek area, and his knees, fingers, eyes, and the toes of his boots are a light blue (translucent cyan in the set,) and what isn't armored of his arms and legs has a dark grey color.
Occupation: Hura works as an apprentice for an apothecary in Bo -Congro.
Description: An inhabitant of Bo-Congro, Hura lives a quiet life, away from the city's center. Most of his time mid-day is spent foraging for various plants, and harvesting their fruits, seeds, roots, stems, and leaves for the local apothecary. While he is neither the strongest or most swift of his peers, he makes up for it by taking his time, and acting deliberately. His Kanohi Rode and its twin marks remind him how plants can be deceiving. While not the most apt for physical activities, he does enjoy the outside air, and watching small Rahi amongst the trees of his home in the foothills.
Tools: None
Relationships:

Kumanu

Arhini

Journal:

Bag:

A shard of a Ta-Congro crucible used as a makeshift mortar (x1)
Pestle (x1)
Double Pocket Pouch (for Pestle and Mortar Shard, and returning plant samples)(x1)

Name: Suavo
Gender: Male
Element: Gravity
Kanohi: Kanohi Rode, Mask of Truth (currently powerless)
Appearance: While being shorter than most other matoran, Suavo still mangaes to stand out in a crowd. His armour is black as midnight from his head to his feet, but slashes of colour run down his limbs and across his torso. These purple and gold highlights are each about the length of his hand, but only as wide as a finger or two. He wears a silver great-shaped kanohi rode.
Occupation: Suavo is a carnival performer. He sings, dances, and performs a variety of tricks for the entertainment of other matoran. He will be performing at the upcoming Red Star festival.
Description: Suavo is a lively and quick-witted little matoran, who lives very much in the moment.
He very much enjoys performing for other people, but almost even more, Suavo loves experiencing new things, be they places, people or activities. One drawback of this is that he can be an impulsive risk-taker. This is tempered, however, by his wide knowledge and understanding of the world that Suavo has gained by being so well travelled and having explored many parts of Kongero Nui through his role in the carnival. He has been around enough that whenever he gets into a sticky situation, he can remember a similar experience and how he got out of that one.
Tools: A wooden flute
Relationships: Suavo has connected briefly with many matoran over the course of his travels. Due to his itinerant nature, however, he sees most of them but rarely, and mostly socialises with his colleagues and whoever happens to be coming by the carnival.
Journal: Nothing just yet.
Bag:
• Costume
• Bag of tricks
• 100 widgets
