BASE WARS
It started with the fall of Earth. World War 3 shred it to pieces, never to be inhabited by a human safely ever again. People had to dig underground to survive the disasters that war brought, and many did live. However, with the Earth no longer safe for human life, Humans needed to ascend to a new level of civilization. Space, the true final frontier. NASA got to work with their newest program, the BASE project. Multiple bubble bases were constructed underground, made of whatever was left of the world, and shot out to planets across our solar system. Space ships were constructed to send these people to the bases, and the travel was successful.
The remaining human population landed on one of the four bases, located on four planets. Each base studied new technologies and biological breakthroughs, so that a new Earth could be constructed.

Omega Base- Venus: Focuses on human and technology speed.
Alpha Base- Mars: Focuses on human and technology strength.
Nova Base- Neptune: Focuses on travel technology and flight.
Terra Base- Mercury: Focuses on plant and animal life.
