JFK International Airport is a sprawling complex that, thanks to a computer glitch on the Chinese Missile heading towards it, was spared the Nuclear destruction of the war. Peopled by refugees who would later move to Liberty Island, and after that, raiders, the Airport was restored to its former glory by The Enclave, heading from Chicago. Now with state-of-the-art factories, laboratories, and all sorts of other toys, the Airport is the most advanced place in the Wasteland...and the most sinister.

He's just motivating his troops, I suppose. At least in his mind. Just let them have all of the slave girls they can capture in battle. It worked for a lot of ancient civilizations.

Yea, plus they are like... 2 or 3 times stronger than regular men as well so... pretty useful
