Evelyn
There was no one else in the room but her, a lone figure enshrouded in the dim shadows.
Room 305, the music room, it was a bit larger compared to the other classrooms, with a chalkboard that stretched wall to wall and a big open space in the middle where sat chairs arranged in a large circle. On the far side of the room, next to the intricately and beautifully carved stained glass window that lit the room in so many bright and mysterious colors stood a polished grand piano. For once, a small...rather wry smile inched its way across her lips. Sanctuary at last from the outside world. Ev sighed, setting the gig bag in her hand on the floor and unzipping it, then pulling from the bag her
guitar, a dark, sinister looking instrument. But, after hard wiring it into a nearby amplifier and positioning herself in one of the chairs, her fingers wrapping around the frets, the demonic looking guitar sang with the
voice of an angel. She closed her eyes, gracefully her fingers trailing up and down the fretboard, every note played with the utmost accuracy. Then, she started to get a little more into it, playing a bit faster, now her fingers flying across the metal strings, her pick thrashing them hard and heavy as soft lamentations became...growls of pure, unbridled anger.
