I'm so tempted to go with Psyren the lunatic with her mental powers (favourite ability: dropping the fragment of a minor pop hit into someone's head where' it'll stay for the next 24 hours, circling endlessly and forcing them to hum bits of the tune at the most inopportune moments), but would it be okay if I switched my old hero Cheetah to the dark side and threw her up against Redline? Her powers are/were super speed and claws (not like Wolverine's, I'm talking steel under the fingernails retractable claws).

I've sat on it for awhile and I've decided that I've fallen out of love with the whole arms dealer thing and there's not enough quirkiness. We're all Broody McShank over here, I think I'm going to add a character that is a little more...light hearted. I shall return.
