Alright I have read a bunch of interviews and trailer reviews, and watched a hand full of theory videos about the new DC movie Superman VS Batman. It seems like DC is going to bite off more than they can chew with the new players that are coming into this one. It is well established by the title and who DC already has on the table that this movie will bring together the start of the Justice League, but from the info I have I dont think this movie will be near long enough to correctly put it all together. It is said that there be appearances of Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Lex Luther (duh), flash, aquaman, doomsday, joker (tie in), batsons, and possibly arrow though maybe not. That is a lot of people to put in one movie and have them form a team by the end. Unless this movie is going to be close to three and a half hours long I just dont know how they are going to be able to nicely bring all these thing to together. I am hoping for a god movie, but they are really going to jump the gun if any of these rumors are true.

I wanted to know what you guys think of this so... yeah.

I'm trying to distract myself from the fact that "Spiderman" was misspelled. "Sperman" just sounds dirty if your mind is in the gutter. I apologize for pointing this out.

No idea why I posted in a hider. Anyhoo, I agree with you, @Master Crim. Unless it is going to be a long movie or a potential two-parter that we are not yet aware of, (which is unlikely), it will turn out poorly. Too many characters that have not encountered one another. This seems to be almost a mixed DC version of Marvel's movies: The Avengers and the upcoming Captain America: Civil War.

Oh, when I came into this thread, I thought it was about the most recent trailer and what it revealed in it.

Anyways, I disagree with the OP. I don't think they are biting more than they can chew. Based on what the trailer revealed, the movie is going to be well-balanced with all of these cameos. I mean, with the way that Warner Bros. are doing their DC film-shared universe, cameos first are a lot better than what the MCU did with whole films. Like, we're still getting those solo films of people like Wonder WOman and Aquaman, but those will be later down the road in the DCEU, probably setting up JL2 and future potential team-up movies.

In either case, I'm excited for Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad. Both have a great cast and both will give me fanboy orgasms. <3
