As you can see, Zoom has the visor eyes. And he's more bulkier. Also a few more differences in the costume, under than that, you can see why they both share the name, Zoom.

If you mean Flash specifically, then the show... slightly. I haven't had much chance to read many Flash comics (I've read more Teen Titans than anything else).
