Rio Okotaru Darishimo & Fumio Hari Kouineji
Fumio shunpo'ed the second he had closed his door, appearing outside of Rio's room within a few more seconds. Taking a deep breath to calm himself, he placed his hand on the handle, turning it to let himself inside quietly. Closing the door behind him, he looked around for a minute before his eyes landed on Rio's long, bluey-black hair. "H-Huerona?" He asked quietly, a little cautious. He didn't receive any answer so he walked closer to her, wondering what she was doing. Once he was close enough, he peaked over her shoulder to find her writing on a piece of paper.
"I know you're there Kazuhiko, I just need to finish this report first... Give me a moment" Rio's voice suddenly breaking the silence made Fumio jump a little before nodding. "O-Oh Okay, sorry for in-interrupting... um" He backed away, taking a seat near her table while waiting patiently and just listening to the the sound of Rio's pen.
After a few minutes, the speed of her writing gradually slowed to a stop, gaining Fumio's attentions however he kept quite while sitting on the floor with his legs crossed, posture perfect and hands in his lap. A sigh was released from Rio's mouth before she put her pen down. ".... I don't even remember you... Kazuhiko" She suddenly stated quietly, causing Fumio to raise an eyebrow.
Souta Fushimaru & Patrika Sunichi Hari
"She doesn't even remember us!! Why didn't Kazuhiko just kill her instead of holding so desperately onto the memories only you and him possess!!" Patrika had gotten up and caught her breath, arguing yet again with Souta. Souta's eyebrows were screwed together in annoyance at Patrika's voice. "Because she gave up. She surrendered to him.... When he had his sword ready to pierce her chest.... She surrendered just like I did and Kazuhiko knows that we'd rather die than surrender. Looks like we both had given up.... He saw that in the both of us and couldn't end us... He's not.... a monster.... Like everyone in the Clan claims...." Souta looked down for a moment. "He is a monster! I know he is because I've seen it! What makes you and Huerona so special huh?! Why is it that no one else's life matters but you two are so important!" "Why do you fucking think. You all are cowards, turned your back on him. Before Huerona had ran, she was the to protect him, protect the both of us, when everyone would gang up on him for being born into the life he has. So, there you go, we're important to him since we're basically family... and the only family he has left now...." Souta shrugged after he was finished speaking, turning around to get himself a glass of water. Patrika just crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes, not happy with his response. "Doesn't give him any right to kill-" "He didn't have a choice! Do you not understand. Blame the head instead of defending her actions! She's the cause of all this and made Kazuhiko how he is! We've all stood by and watched as she tortured him, forced him to do whatever she wanted... Before you try blaming him for all of this bullshit, ask yourself, if you were put in his shoes, wouldn't you do the fucking same? Or would you die trying to go against her whim." Souta had snapped, harshly yelling back at Patrika. He had enough of her accusations...
Rio Okotaru Darishimo & Fumio Hari Kouineji
Fumio sat there and blinked for a moment before standing up and walking over to Rio's desk, leaning his lower back against the edge while crossing his arms and looking at Rio with a small smile. "Maybe not... But, I remember you very well. I believe you'll get your memory back... And if not then me, you and Souta will just have to create new ones" He chuckled a little before standing up and hugging her while she was in her seat. Rio didn't expect the sudden hug but just kept quiet, resting her left hand on his arms as wrapped around her upper body. "You and Souta are all I have left... I already lost you both once.... I refuse to let it happen again...." He muttered before letting go. Despite Rio keeping quiet, she felt a little touched by his sentiment.
"Well, I'd best get back to the others.... I'll come get you when we begin planning... Or you can come find us if you want... I'll see you later then Huerona" Fumio spoke, rubbing the back his head a little sheepishly before making his way to the door. "Kazuhiko..." Fumio stopped, turning to look at Rio. "Thank you...." After that, Rio went back to work. A smile adorned Fumio's face before he left without saying a word. Little did he know, Rio was also sporting a smile of her own.
Fumio Hari Kouineji
Fumio left Rio's room in high spirits, deciding to take a calming stroll through the Seireitei before returning back to the madness most likely happening within his own room. It wasn't until he walked passed Squad four that he suddenly stopped. Turing back with confusion written all over his face, he walked backwards, retracing his steps to see if he had actually seen what he had just saw. "Aya?" He questioned, noticing Aya's still body. He cautiously walked over to her, watching her with a raised eyebrow. "Aya?" He called, a little louder this time. Again... no answer.... Fumio then poked Aya to get her attention, however he didn't receive the response he hoped for. "Dammit Aya!" He dived forward, catching her stiff body before she hit the floor. He was currently on one knee, Aya laying in his arms with her eyes closed seemingly... sleeping? A smirk shot onto Fumio's face, followed by a little chuckle. "Asleep outside, really Aya? Couldn't even make it to a room, tsk tsk" He stood, shaking his head.
