Past Hikari/Himeko postAs Hakuro continued his act Himeko let out a breath. She reached into her pocket pulling out a picture of Hikari, as the bartender walked over to them to see if they wanted anything else Himeko held up the picture, “Excuse me, but have you seen this man?”
“Hm? Hikari Shinrai right?” The bartender asked.
“So you do know him!?” Himeko asked somewhat loudly, but she didn’t care if she attracted any attention, she was just relieved someone finally recognized him. Though she figured actual Shinigami and such would know him opposed to those just entering the academy.
“Yeah, he’s the Lieutenant of Squad Ten now,” he replied then nodded to a guy sitting down taking a drink, “And just so happens to be right over there.”
Himeko quickly looked over at the table, seeing Hikari there a small smile appeared on her face. She quickly looked at Hakuro speaking, “My brother is over there, so I’ll…I’ll catch up with you later, at Squad Seven alright?”
Himeko stood up taking another breath, she walked over to the table Hikari was at and stood in front of him, “U-Um…Excuse me?” she said, not expecting to be as nervous as she was. She already wasn’t good at communicating with others, and meeting her brother for the first time….Her voice seemed to grab Hikari’s attention as he began lowering his cup and looking directly at her.
“Hm? Ye-“ Hikari stopped talking to inspect the female even more, “Um…You look very familiar, miss…?”
“Himeko….I’m uh,” Himeko sat down at the other side of the table, “Your sister…Half sister.”
“Oh, half sister makes sense,” Hikari said with a smile, outright believing her where as other people might have questioned her. Though he had no doubt that it was Hikaru’s daughter, good looks ran through the family, and this one was beautiful….Also the fact that he was a good analyzer, someone who paid attention to detail, he could tell when someone was lying too. “I’m assuming by Hikaru Shinrai’s blood….So, Himeko, what’s…Up?”
“I’m going to be straight with you,” she said quietly, “I was….Sent here to
kill you.”
“Oh…” Hikari said, eyes lowering a bit. He meets his half sister and she was sent to kill him, should he have expected anything less? He took a breath then took a sip of his drink, “Well, I have bad news for you, I’m finished fighting my fam-“
“But I’m not going to!” Himeko said quickly, looking down at the table, “Aside from my father….You’re really the only family member I have left, or more so that I know…And I
don’t want to kill you. But I accepted the job to come talk to you.”
Hikari nodded and stood up, “Walk with me and explain.” He then turned and left the bar, Himeko following closely by his side. She hadn’t noticed how tall he really was until now, even though he was probably the same height as Hakuro or a few inches taller.
She shrugged as they kept walking, getting further from people she then began speaking, “So, if I’m going to explain then I’ll start from the beginning, but I’ll try to keep it short too….I was raised outside of the Soul Society, in a rocky desert area…Town is well hidden. But I was kept in my room allot, reading….And when Hikaru was there he made me train allot, daily. Then when he left I’d just….Read.”
Hikari let out a small chuckle, “Reminds me of myself, though I think I did more reading than training when I was younger….Anyways, continue.”
“In that town there is a gang there, The Five Sicario…A group of hitmen, some being retired and rogue Shinigami. They have a decent amount of people working under them, and keep Hollows like watch dogs. I’m not completely sure, but I think they are the ones who contacted me…”
“Contacted you?”
“I used to do a few jobs for them, so it would make sense if they were the ones who contacted me….I got a letter under the door one day, saying to come and kill you. Hikaru always told me about you, that he had a son…I always wanted to meet you and, well, this was my chance. So I accepted the job, took a while but I finally found you.”
“I assume that’s not all you wanted to tell me?”
“….I also want to help you find the person who put the hit out on you, and why. Maybe from some things you’ve been through it can all add up?”
Hikari stopped walking and looked down at Himeko whom halted and slowly looked up at Hikari. Hikari gave her a smile and wrapped his arms around Himeko tightly, pulling her close. Himeko flushed as she wrapped her arms around his body, as much she could atleast….”You know I always wanted a sister, and now I have one…And I always wanted to get close to my family, never really get the chance….Now I have one….So thank you, sis.”
“Y-You….You’re welcome,” Himeko said, for lack of better words of course. She felt and heard Hikari’s chuckle before he pulled away, “You don’t have to be shy around your big brother, you know? We’re family, so don’t worry about me judging you or anything….But I know it’ll take time, but you’ll get used to it alright?”
“O-Ok…” Were all the words that came out of Himeko’s lips.
Hikari let go of her and took a step back, “Now you go back to your friend, alright? We can meet up again, but I’m going to try and put some stuff together….Like you said, ok?”
Himeko nodded and with that the two parted ways, satisfied with their first interaction.
Hikari vs TwinsAs Hikari laid in bed after a long day of trying to piece things together and running the Squad, he chuckled as he felt thin layers of ice creep up his leg, “Oh Kasumi, you naughty girl you~”
“Oh yeah, I’m your naughty girl Kasumi~” A voice called out, followed by a short gasp when Hikari suddenly disappeared from his bed and reappeared behind the woman with his blade to her neck, “I’m not fooled easily, if you really were Kasumi you would have froze it and threatened to shatter it if I didn’t give my position up…So what’s your game here?”
A soft chuckle was let out behind him as a girl wrapped her arms around Hikari, letting her warm hands slide down his torso and towards his pants, “He’s faster than we thought, can’t let this one escape~” she said in a seductive tone as she gave a peck to his neck.
The woman then stumbled forward into the other girl, causing them to fall on the bed on top of each other. Hikari got a decent look at their back side giving a smirk, “Now either my sister gave me a present for all the birthdays she missed….Or you two are here for an actual reason, and if the Soul King loved me then please let it be the first one.”
The girl in the blue outfit pushed the one in the red aside and stood up while the other just sat on the bed watching Hikari, “It just may be the first one, he
is cuter in person after all….Maybe we can put the whole mission past us Mariana.” The one in red said.
“Some pretty boy over money? Isabella you need to sort of your priorities, slut,” the woman apparently named Mariana replied.

“Well atleast let us two have our alone time, you can fight him afterwards…Tell you what, I’ll even let you have my share of what’s to come.”
“Just get your slutty ass up and fight him with me, besides, don’t you have a sugar daddy?” Mariana asked her.
Isabella stood up stretching, purposely giving Hikari a peak which caused him to tilt his head curiously, “Well, yeah….But he isn’t as cute, but I guess fighting it is, sorry Hikari~”
“Well, I wish I got a say in that but….I guess if fighting is what you want then we take it out of the Seireitei, avoid causalities….Avoid what’ll be your death by other Squad members and Captains,” Hikari said with a shrug as he turned and walked out with the two females following after him.
Money one of them mentioned….From The Five Sicario maybe? But Himeko had that job, maybe…If they did send her the letter then they probably laid her off the job, or they sent backup?...But if they didn’t send her the job then I have allot of people after my head, but for what reason exactly? Hikari thought as they left the barracks.
I can get information off of them, but not while in the Soul Society….Too many people to stop it; too many people will get involved. It’s best I do it alone.Upon leaving the Soul Society they entered an open area in a forest.
It seems most of my fights take place in an open area like this….Whatever, I guess, Hikari thought as they entered an open area. Hikari had his blade over his shoulder, stopping in his tracks he turned towards the two females.
“So I assume this is for a hit of some sort? The Five Sicario maybe?” Hikari asked.
“Cute, smart,
and fast…Are you sure we can’t keep him?” Isabella asked.
“What does fast have to do with it? You’re going to use him as a horse? Bet him in a race?” Mariana asked sarcastically.
“If he’s fast with his feet then he’s fast with his hips is the way I see it,” Isabella replied.
“Well he best be fast with his sword too!” Mariana said before running towards Hikari at a great speed, thrusting her hands back and forth as she shot ice crystals at him.
Hikari took steps back and side-stepped avoiding the crystals with ease, until they then grew at a large size and shot at him again from the ground. “Well then,” Hikari said as he raised his sword about to cut the ice in pieces until they began heating up and exploded around him.
“I hope we didn’t damage his pretty face too bad!” Isabella said.
“Geez, he isn’t even that pretty…” Mariana said.
“You have bad taste in men though!” Isabella yelled at her, “You like the types with long white hair, red brown eyes, with muscular bodies that aren’t even attractive!”
“No.I.Do.Not!” Mariana screeched back, “I know who you’re talking about too! Just because I don’t find this guy all that cute doesn’t mean I find
that even slightly cute! I have enough sense to know who looks better than who!”
“Enough bitching!” Hikari said as he dropped from the air aiming to slash both of them in which they moved out of the way, but the force he had was enough for a small shockwave causing the two to stumble back.
“High spirit energy I see,” Mariana said.
“Dominant I see~” Isabella said at the same time while biting her nail.
“I swear, you keep this up and I’ll kick your ass at the same time!” Marianna yelled at Isabella.
“Soooo…I assume you’re not going to tell me why a hit was placed on me?” Hikari asked.
“I assume you’re going to keep up your questions?” Marianna said before her and Isabella ran side by side. As they closed in on Hikari they ran to his side, Marianna got on her knees and raised her hands up. The sky turned dark as many ice crystals shot down at Hikari, Hikari raised an eyebrow and looked down as Isabella had melted a circle around him which caused him to fall deep into the ground with the ice crystals following him down. “Heat ‘em up,” Marianna said as Isabella held out her hand causing the crystals that were falling down to heat up. Each crystal falling down then began exploding.
They continued the act for a minute or so before backing away. “Aw, is he dead now?” Isabella asked, “What a waste….”
“And I thought guys thought with their dicks….Let’s just go and collect his body, prove that he’s dead and get a shit ton of money.”
“Hmmm, it wasn’t worth killing him,” Isabella said as she walked towards the hole about to melt the area further so they could go down and collect the body. Instead Hikari stepped out of the hole and stood above the two with his Shikai in hand, he looked fine aside from a few cuts here and there. He brushed the dust off his shoulders before looking at the two, “You should really work on that technique, it was quite easily to absorb the heat once they were about to explode….A tip being make it so the heat explodes inwards, hence it being in ice, it wouldn’t absorbed as easily.”
“Excuse me you did
what!?” Mariana yelled.
“Didn’t catch that? Well let me show you!” Hikari said before he shunpo’ed behind Mariana sending a rather large arc of heat reiatsu at her which hit and sent her flying into her twin, the arc then carried them into a couple trees and then some.
Hikari let his Shikai rest against his shoulders as he whistled, waiting for the twins to come back….He doubted that attacked killed them, let alone knocked them out. They soon emerged from the trees, Mariana looking angrier and Isabella shaking.
“I swear if you comment about his strength….” Marianna said.
“But he could really pull my-“Marianna smacked Isabella upside the head in which she rubbed the spot with a small, “Ow…”
Hikari shunpo’ed to the two, grabbing Mariana by the hair he flung her back into the forest hearing her scream in anger. He then walked up to Isabella, his finger lifting her head up so they looked in each others eyes, “You look a little weak in the knees, allow me~” Hikari said as he picked Isabella up by her legs and pushed her against a tree, his face getting closer to hers. “Sorry, but I’d rather not do it in public~” he said before he gave her a head but which sent her flying through the tree, though she hit a thick one and left a body print. She slid down it seemingly knocked out.
Is this really who they brought to kill me? They were taken down in about three moves, they have the idea right of fire and ice but… Hikari stopped thinking once he felt a chill. Looking into the air he saw a pillar of ice shoot into the sky, looking at Isabella she slowly stood up raising her spirit energy which began melting away at the area, soon erupting into a pillar of fire.
“Well shit…” Hikari said as he backed up.
Mariana walked up to Isabella, and they both stared at Hikari.
“He just played with your feeling Isabella,” Mariana said.
“No, I took
advantage of those feelings, not played with…There’s a difference there,” Hikari said, “Not to mention,
you attacked
me….Free reign I think.”
“He has a point Mariana,” Isabella said.
“Why do I have a slut for a twin?”
“And why do I have a boring one?”
“And why am I even fighting you two!?” Hikari said, “That’s really all I want to know!”
“Too bad you won’t find out, have fun in your next life!” Marianna said as actual ice took over her outfit, fire taking over Isabella’s. Isabella shot a wave of fire at Hikari in which he bent over, lifting back up he noticed he had blocks of ice around his feet and ankles stopping him from moving. As he was about to chip it away the twins quickly ran up to him, Isabella on his back with Marianna on his front. The two began kicking him at an immense speed, hitting every area they could, and they dern sure drew blood.
They continued for a while before stopping, they soon pushed their legs back and kicked forward with their legs connecting hard with his ribs in which he let out a grunt. They both jumped back an equal distance before running in close and connecting a hard punch where his heart lay, the caused Hikari to gasp as blood sprayed out of his mouth.
He then slumped forward, loosely holding onto his Shikai.
Wow….They got a major power up, Hikari thought as his breathing became difficult. “So…I assume this….New thing,” Hikari gave a couple coughs, “Increases your speed and strength…..And your fire and….Ice huh?”
“Observant,” Marianna said as she created an ice crystal, “Not to mention when we work together in our Ice form and Fire form, we’re just like a single Bankai. But we have to give it to you; you’re strong to have survived even those kicks let alone the punch towards your heart after the kicks. But now you die, one cut from this crystal to your throat and you’re dead.”
“Yeah, don’t count me out yet,” Hikari said with a smirk as he lifted up with his Shikai in the air, “Hari no ame!” rain soon shot down on Mariana cutting her, he then took advantage of the distraction and put his mask on letting his energy shoot out. He did a backflip breaking out of the ice and landed behind Isabella who tried to stop him by throwing an arc of flames which hit her sister instead. As he landed behind her Isabella turned around and soon jumped back when Hikari slammed his Shikai down towards her, she had missed the blade but wasn’t expecting the ground to crack open. Her foot got caught in the crack causing her to fall on her back. Hikari then shot a cero which hit her in the face.
As the two stood back up Hikari held his stomach and backed up.
Ok, I go back on my word….This is a good match up for me, somehow they figured out my weaknesses. Fire, ice, and Hakuda….And here’s all that in front of me. And with that last attack my mask is the only thing that’s keeping me in the game so far, and I can’t even hold that for long….I’m fucked here, but I won’t die! I’ll escape my way to the cave if worse comes to worst, Hikari thought.
As the two began charging him Hikari held his Shikai with both hands, ready to fight back….That was until Himeko dropped down in front of him, as well as
another Himeko. One of the Himeko’s stayed in front of Hikari and shot balls of energy out of her hands while the other Himeko ran up to the twins, Himeko looked back at Hikari smirking, “I’ve got your back…Bro.”
Himeko vs Twins [P.1]Himeko had joined Squad seven and was sitting on top of the roof, laying back she thought about the day. Hikari, Hakuro, her father….The events that took place. She couldn’t sleep as everything ran through her head, she gave a sigh.
Laying there for a few minutes she soon shot up as she thought she felt a familiar energy. Looking off it the distance she thought she saw a faint blue color, then red. Her eyes widened as she hopped up and took off with a shunpo towards the pillars.
Shit, not these two! Himeko thought as she went as fast as she could.
Himeko soon found her way there and quickly activated energize clone, letting a clone of her appear beside her. She saw the two charge Hikari and quickly activated her Bakudan o kassei-ka, flipping into the air with her clone they soon landed.
Himeko shot cannonball sized energy bombs at the twins letting them dodge the barrage, her clone then ran forward attacking Mariana. Himeko looked back at Hikari with a smirk, “I’ve got your back…Bro.” she said before looking forward again.
She ran forward towards Isabella in which they exchanged blows back and forth, Himeko’s speed matched up to hers even in her Fire form. Himeko got a good punch in sending Isabella sliding back, Himeko then jumped and twisted in the air giving Isabella and kicked to the face in which dropped her. Himeko then turned to Marianna who was matching up with the clone in terms of speed and punches.
Himeko shot a bomb at her which exploded in her face, the clone then gave a hard uppercut to Mariana and with the fact that the clone dealt more punching damage it shot Marianna into the air. Himeko then shunpo’ed into the air kicking her chin which shot her up more, the clone then hopped onto Himeko’s shoulders hitting Marianna in the chin with both of her feet which sent her higher of course. The clone then tossed Himeko into the air in which Himeko punched Marianna towards the ground, the clone then shot down to Marianna and hugged her then exploded sending Marianna to the ground immediately.
Himeko dropped to the ground going back to Isabella who was just now getting up. Himeko gave her an elbow to the stomach causing her to hunch over then dealt a kick to her face causing her to lift up and stumble back. Himeko grabbed her shirt despite the fire and threw her into her sister with one arm. As they laid on top of each other Himeko pulled up her sleeve and held her arm out, her hand then grabbing onto her arm that was stuck out, “Bakudan o kassei-ka….Number three,” she said as a ball began forming in her hand, growing larger and large, “You’re dead with this one attack.”
As the ball got fairly big a hand grabbed onto her wrist and pulled it causing her to shoot the ball off which soon hit something and exploded with a small shockwave, even though it was unfinished. Himeko looked up angrily at the person who stopped it, which was Hikari, “Why are you stopping me!?”
“Just let them go….It’s not worth killing them,” Hikari said as the twins had took advantage of Hikari pulling Himeko and already left, “Besides, we can still use them.”
“They’ll be
back!”
“And we’ll deal with them, but not until we deal with The Five Sicario!....They were sent from there, do you notice them?” Hikari asked.
“Yes, I do….They’re the daughters of the guy who runs the place,” Himeko said as she crossed her arms.
Hikari nodded, “Can you take me to where they stay?....Not now, but….When you feel up to it.”
“I can, but let’s go get you fixed up, you got your ass beat,” Himeko said as she grabbed his hand and began walking.
“Just had a bad start is all,” Hikari said before wiping blood off his mouth and walking alongside his sister.
