"Hmm... Sounds good if you think it's good!" Sango cheerfully smiled before Henry shunpo'ed. The second he did, Sango made her way out of the pond, but then Henry emerged. "Warn you about what?" She asked innocently as she stood up and picked up her dirty clothes, putting them back on. "Ready!" She squeaked, running up to Henry and waiting patiently for him to move.

Henry stood there speechless again at seeing Sango. Whatever Densen was teaching her, he needs to do a better job at it . "N-never mind, I forgot what it was."Henry said, and once he saw Sango was ready, he started to shunpo off towards the squad four barracks, fairly certain Sango was keeping up easily enough. it took a few minutes but the made it to the entrance of the squad four barracks. "This would be the place."

Once giovanni had rested enough to think straight he made his way back to the suad one barracks.there didnt seem to be a second wave on the way from the enemy so he woulalright. Hopefully the head captains spiritual pressure wouldnt sufficate him since he wasnt at full strength like he was last time he was here. The answers he was seeking were important and he had one more question to add to the list, if he could rest in the barracks a while since he currently had no where else to go. As Shinji was working on the large stacks of paperwork a knock came at his door which made him look up then place down his quill and sit back in his chair and speak "you may enter" it seemed people were visiting here more often which was good...he didn't want people to feel intimidated by his position...at least not on the day to day basis but of course when battle came then it'd be a case of showing more respect so he had to balance this out...if he became to cozy and laid back they may take him for a fool but if he sat in the middle sending mixed signals he had a higher chance of them showing respect for his presence in general and not just on the battlefield

Shinji watched as Giovanni entered the room then once he had dropped to one knee he spoke, Shinji listened to what Giovanni said then spoke "I have plenty of time it's just a matter of if this is worth my patience but I'm sure it's important so go ahead and tell me about these matters" Shinji waited for Giovanni to speak and had wondered what this would be about but still better to hear it directly rather than just wonder about it

Shinji listened to Giovanni express his confusion about the Kido corps and it was a fair point...not many knew of them and even when they did they had no idea what they did. "Well...let me say it like this. The Kido Corps have and for the most part will likely always be separate from the Gotei 13 purely for the fact that they don't want outsiders looking in and knowing the in's and out's of their daily routine, the Kido Corps handle sensitive information and most of it as you can imagine is to do with forbidden Kido's...their main priority is to record, store and determine if a Kido is useful, dangerous and so on which of course leads them to giving the Kido a classification and so on. If you didn't know already the previous Kido Corps Captains were such masters of the art they could stop time within a small area and then move that entire area and it's contents elsewhere but that was using a Kido that is forbidden...the Captain wasn't around long after that. Main point is the Kido Corps don't want prying eyes on sensitive data, who knows what damage could be done if your everyday happy go lucky Shinigami got their hands on a destructive Kido. Anyway. On top of all this the Kido Corps maintains and allows passing of people through the Senkimon whilst Squad 12 monitor it's status and so on. Now working your way up an organisation like the Kido Corps is far from easy considering it has no Captain at the moment...of course making me the effective Captain of the Kido Corps. All in all if you want to prove yourself it has to be proven to me...no one else can decide you fate within that Squad except myself. Now. I hope this has answered all your Questions..." Shinji then took a deep breath and waited for Giovanni to reply

Giovanni listened intently. He wasnt exactly surprised that the leadership fell on the head captain. What did seem strange was that in the years since the apparent dethroning of the previous kido captain no one has replaced him. so either the head captain was very peculiar about who was to be in charge, or he was unwilling to relinquish any of the power he already held. since the stealth force was a part of squad 2 it was technically under his command as well. in short this one man had control of the entire military and very few people knew. most assumed, correction, most were taught that the kido corp was separate to prevent one person from amassing such power. well that clearly didnt work but if central 46 allowed it then there shouldnt be anything to worry about.

Gio nodded but is curiosity had gotten the best of him " if it is as you say it is then my suspicions were correct. i was confused as to why I not only had to search out the HQ of the kido corps on my own to be allowed entry into its rank but even upon entry I was, well to be blunt sir, i was put out. historically they train their members in secret but i was set to train on my own it seems. With most soul reapers joining the more popular branches i would imagine the Corps is lacking on recruits. I wouldn't imagine their missions and duties being notably life threatening but with very little incoming man power its only a matter of time before they fizzle out. I apologize I am ranting. but is there no Lieutenant or 3rd seat to oversee the duties and responsibilities of the kido corp personally as you are more bound to the captancy of the gotei than to the kido corps...sir" that might have came off as something of an insult but it was meant to be a general concern. Gio wasnt quite grasping what was going on but what he did understand he wasnt sure he liked. However he had noticed the head captain offering him a chance to be promoted, perhaps that would gain him clearance to more information. And to think, this was all professional business, chances were he wouldnt get to his personal business, but at this rate that was ok.

Shinji closed his eyes for a moment as he listened to Giovanni then oppened them up once again when he had finished speaking "It's certainly difficult to get people going into that Squad..you see...it's a bit of a catch. The Kido Corps usually send an invitation to Shinigami in the Shino Academy that show promise in Kido however most deny this invitation as they wish to join the normal squads with their friends, then you get people wanting to join who are just as good as those invited but they are usually turned down on a trust issue sort of deal. All in all you see why the Kido Corp's numbers have fallen, even more so without a real Captain. I simply keep check on things and try my best to run it but being in charge of my own Squad and well...12 others it's far from an easy task and is often forgotten from time to time. I'd like for someone to step up to the rank but the issue is they have to be promoted from within the Kido corps...they cannot be outsiders and there are skilled Shinigami there however...they lack leadership and really in truth their power is at the bare minimum I'd expect from a Kido corps Captain...basically all these Shinigami would crack under the pressure of having these ranks...3rd seat included...it'd mean a lot more work for them and I just don't believe they could handle it...so really I have to pretty much hand mold a select few Shinigami from the Kido Corps into Shinigami capable of eventually taking over the Kido Corps and even that will take time...it's unfortunate but thats how it is..."

Shinji listened to Giovanni and it did seem almost as if he was telling Shinji how to do his job but Shinji allowed this to pass over him and ignore it "it would indeed be handy if we had 13 Captains and a Kido corps Captain to boot...but there isn't anyone out there right now that has the power and leadership skills to fill these empty positions and those with power would make awful leaders as for having a Lieutenant the same could be said here...there are people in this Squad with great power but they'd be lost with such a position making my job far more difficult but if thats how it has to be just so I can have a decent Lieutenant and set of Captains then I'll deal with it. If there were suitable people I could hand these positions out to I would be even I alone am not capable of being the sole decider of a Shinigami's rise to Captaincy...the Shinigami in question needs recommendations from 3 Captains and then they have to go through a Captains proficiency exam which I personally attend...how many Shinigami out there will be able to handle such a test?...well...simply taking a look out the window answers the question...if you believe you will gain the skills needed to become a Captain more precisely the Captain of the Kido Corps then you will have to certainly prove yourself. I need to see obvious improvement and even words from other Captains can be reassuring enough to allow me to promote you and take you through the ranks...so you aren't only trying to impress me but also the other Captains...it takes more than just my word to become a Captain"

It should be my progress, sense of duty and capabilities that will qualify me for what ever I obtain and not personal favor or kissing up. " the head captain seemed to have miss-interpreted Giovanni's request. It was of little consequence however. Gio was asking... well volunteering to be trained to be the head captains assistant or liaison to the kido corps. by what ever means necessary he meant what ever means necessary, including training or proving himself, though hopefully training came first, because he was still kind of tired from the last fight. If the request was denied, as he suspected it might be, he would simply train and inquire further on his own. Kaizo listened to the last two state what their skills were but the whole Kaizo being appointed leader had taken away from his observation and only when Aokiji said his greatest skills were Hand to hand and Hoho he noticed he was also from Squad 2 which made Kaizo want to face palm but he didn't, instead Kaizo closed his eyes then spoke "Well now that I know what everyone's skills are then I guess we should work it out like this. Myself and Aokiji shall take the lead infront of the Squad 4 guy..sorry I'm bad with names...anyway. Shoske will follow behind the Squad 4 guy and basically stick to him like glue and never let him out of his sight...of course myself and Aokiji will try do the same but we will try dispatch any low level hollow that get near us...I'd prefer we reduce using Spiritual energy based techniques as to not give away our position. So keep that in mind...of course Shoske I am sure you will be itching to take out a few hollow but you will likely get a few try get you so do not worry. So...to recap in short. Myself and Aokiji will deal with most the low level hollow, Squad 4 guy heals us if we gain any serious wounds and Shoske sticks to Squad 4 guy like glue as to protect him at all times. The longer we can go without being detected the better...this place is Suicide and I'm sure you all know that...so any hollow above the average we do not take on..that is an absolute given here. If anyone makes a stupid move and risks getting us all killed I'll likely kill them myself...we don't need idiots on this mission...but I do trust the Captains choices" Kaizo then opened his eyes revealing a rather serious look "Are we all clear on what we are doing?"

Emilo had to agree that the plan seemed to be good and hopefully it would be as easy as explained, but nothing ever is. He shivered a bit when he had to think about the absolute mess he would have on his hands if they got ambushed or anything similar. Everyone had just assumed since he was in squad 4 he had a pretty good idea on how to heal people, but the thing was he had just joined and he most healing he had ever done were a few minor papercut, so anything bigger then that would be...interesting to say the least."Yeah. Im ready" Emilo found his way to the guy that was supposed to keep him safe and made a silent prayer inside himself that nobody was going to get curb stomped around the first corner.

"sir if i might ask a slightly unrelated question, Captain Viole expressed to be his previous affiliation with the kido corps, why was he not chosen to lead them but instead he is captain of squad 4?"

Miyume managed to catch up with the two, when the boy Chie was chasing had finally stopped. The boy asked why they were following him but what he said afterwards was something she didn't expect to hear. "But if that's not why you're here... I can kill you, just as easily as I took the coins..." Something was very unusual with his choice of words. Does this kid know what we would do to him under any other circumstances? Her thoughts were leveled when Hikari dropped down before lifting up the boy with ease. His Reiatsu was abnormally high to the point that it was almost on par with Shiro's but there was a major difference between the two. He was in complete control over his while Shiro let his run wild. Still, despite Hikari's overwhelming power, the boy didn't look like he'll just come over so easily. "Like my friend said, we're not looking for trouble as long as you come peacefully." Miyume said in a fake cheery tone but gently grabbed hold of the hilt of her Zanpakuto just in case the boy thought about trying anything.

Kaizo looked at everyone seeing they were pretty much on-board with the plan or more the formation they'd take. "Alright well we wont get this mission done standing around so lets do our jobs!" Kaizo took the lead and made sure Aokiji was close behind him then he made sure Shoske and the Squad 4 guy were close to Aokiji as they entered the forest. The place was dark, cold and a real moral killer but Kaizo shut this out and focused primarily on the mission...in here he didn't need emotions just focus. Kaizo didn't even really want to speak as he wanted to remain as quiet as possible as to do everything possible to keep off the hollows radar...not that they had one just it was more a figure of speech.

(lets do this in order of the Group. So Kaizo first, Aokiji second, Squad 4 guy third and Shoske 4th (allows him to set things up for the entire next turn)

"well seeing things are always better however I suggest you rest for now and come back soon ready to show me your capabilities...so use this small time I've given you wisely....as for Captain Viole...I really cannot speak on his behalf and his reasons for taking the Squad 4 Captains position are his own...perhaps he fancied a change of pace I really cannot say why...but as I said Captain Viole must have wanted a change of pace and a change of responsibility...perhaps the Kido Corps didn't suit him as much as he thought..."

Giovanni simply nodded. what that meant to him was that people could leave the kido corps, he wasnt sure if it applied to all levels of skill but there was a small entrance and a wide exit. yet another reason the numbers weren't all that high. regardless Giovanni got the feeling he was about to be dismissed to he canceled any further questioning with a "yes sir" and said no more. he had enough to think about so far and even more to work on. Gio would have to think fast and train his mind as his body rested. That was the best course of action for him currently and he was not in any place or condition to complain.

Aokiji nodded in agreement as Kaizo spoke about them not getting anything done if they were standing there, so he began walking beside Kaizo. His footsteps so quiet they weren't even heard, his Spirit Energy so low that if someone didn't focus on him then his presence would seem like it disappeared. Looking around with his eyes he rubbed his wrist, he wouldn't be able to use his expllosions without attracting attention, so he'd stick to Hakuda and using his sealed Zanpakuto. Chances were if a fight happened and they all used their abilities then it would attract too much unwanted attention, and that would be overwhelming, and that would mean death for them all if they were unlucky. Good thing two people here specialized in stealth, otherwise it wouldn't have been the best time.

For every step he took Emilo looked around to see if there was anything there. He had noticed that everyone else had managed to drop their spiritual levels pretty much to zero. He tried to keep it as low as he could, but he was pretty sure if he lost focus he would light up as a pier. He walked as close as he could to the guy they called Shoske and even bumped into him a few times "Sorry...I dont mean to" He turned a little red each time, but it was hardly noticeable. This place was as dark it could be, had there been any less light they would most likely have gotten lost. Sliding his hand into his pocket he searched for the paper, it was still there.
