I'd say the power levels are balanced and stick to the manga, sort of. Captains (And those of higher rank) are the most powerful, obviously. Shiro being a rare case of power, like Kenpachi was when he was a kid. Those from noble families/clans having higher than average Spirit Energy. It wouldn't be so focused on if it wasn't always brought up all the time o.O Just look, the first day of the RP, all the sexual shit happened. After that, everyone focused on missions and building their characters. Everyone got the relationship stuff out of their system but for some reason, it's happening again oxo
