"Yes and no. I will train you how to control your powers, finish your education, and provide room and board. In exchange I expect you to defend the word from people who use their powers for evil. The gems don't always go to those who are good. I have been studying the gems for years. All I know is they pick people who have traits suited to their abilities. Gem explained.

Evangeline was listening with mixed feelings. Safety? She was in danger? Training? Good! But this whole thing was still very blurry. How did the gems appear? How did they know who to send the letters to? What will happen to them from now on? How does training look like? How far are those abilities spread around the world? Why do they only appear now? Why them? So many questions...

Aurora looks at the worried face of the girl sitting next to her. she reaches over and holds Evangeline's hand and gives it a light squeeze. She smiles hopefully reassuringly at her and tells her "i'm sure everything will be okay.

Evangeline jumped at the touch, goosebumps going over her skin. Okay, weird. What was that? She quickly looked at her hand covered by Aurora's. And she didn't feel any ice magic move inside of her or outside of her. She sighed with a relieved face. Thank god.
The girl gave her hand a little squeeze - what is it with those damn goosebumps?! I don't feel cold! - and Evangeline gave a smile.

She nodded to the girl. "I hope so." Did Aurora's hair always look so beautiful? Get it together, Elsa! "Thank you", she smiled at her, but made no move to pull her hand away whatsoever.

Listening to everything that was being explained, Lavi swallowed his food, washing it down with lemonade and gave a smirk "Hey....I'm up for any adventure or ass kicking that I can do. Bring on the training and whatever there is to offer. I'm strong...we should be ok." he said

Charles looks to the others in the room checking each of their names above their heads then shakes his head some ".....so we're suppose to stay here in order to be safe and learn our abilities.... then we're suppose to just go out and fight for this place against those who use their own abilities for 'wrong doing'" he says and sighs ".most of us probably ever expected doing something like this... nor probably wanted to.." he says "I never had any aspirations besides to be game designer" he says ".though now it is a lot harder to do anything with games.. considering I have seem to have been turned into a game character thanks to this 'gem'" he shakes his head. "...I take it we don't have much of a choice anymore thanks to all of us being given something special" he rubs back of his head some and then grabs a piece of pizza to eat.

"Wait, did she say defend the world from people who use their powers for evil?" Collin whispered to Evangeline. "Does that mean there are other super power people out there?"
Collin was slightly worried. His phasy hand wouldn't stand a chance against anyone here, let alone another group of super powered people. I would be toast out on the field... Collin gulped, contemplating whether or not to bolt out of her the first chance he got.

Evangeline leant towards Collin, with the girl's hand still on hers. She whispered back. "Kinda frightening, right? But let's not jump too soon. After all, they won't be able to force us be heroes. If we just learn, maybe we can afterwards just go and live silently our normal fucked up lives." Hopefully. Collin didn't seem to eager to be a hero, and honestly Evangeline wasn't either. Adventures, yes all the way. But real super villians? Ehh na-ahh. Not with her. At least not until she was certain she had a chance. And that wasn't in her view at all at the moment.

"I know it is a lot. I can not explain how the gems chose you only that you have been chosen. Each gem appeared on you for a reason, I don't know what that reason is. There are others but they aren't like you. They selected by gems of this world. They have been possessed by spirits that give them abilities similiar to yours. You can leave but you can not hide. You will be found eventually. Gem told them.

Collin laughed at Evangeline, helping him calm down a bit. "Normal fucked up lives? Sounds good." He imagined a life that involved his singular, weird power. The best he could do with it was probably reach into small places, but that's it.
" You can leave but you can not hide. You will be found eventually."
"Well there goes that idea." Collin said, slumping in his chair. "I doubt this hand will do anything helpful."

"I'm Theo, nice to meet you man," he said to Charles before Gem came out and started speaking to them.
Theo was taking this news pretty well he thought as he continued eating. So there were other people who also got gems but would use them for evil. So how did this Gem person know they would use their powers for good? Lucky guess? He wasn't entirely sure, but he was looking forward to learning how to use these new abilities of his.

After a long trip of around a month Gabanre was finaly at the place he was invited to. He thought back at the time a Diamond just appeared on his hand. It was weird very weird. After that he felt invicible, never someone who talked to him. But last time Some people talked to him so it is over.

As he was standing near the building he noticed something strange other teens, as if they were talking about superpowers. He went into the building. As he followed the noise. He found himself in front of a door. He oppened it and BAM. A group of teens talking about dit and dat. He said: "Hi there, I am Gabanre. Who are you guys? And what is this building? And what is this gemstone, pointing at his handpal"

Lavi was still by the food table when another new teen came slamming through the door. Turning his head, he swallowed more food down. "Hm? another one huh? Hey bro...with the unusual name, Nice to meet you, I'm Lavi. First off, we're teens with powers and gems. This building is a safe haven for us to train and socialize with each other. and that gem is what gave you your power. speaking of which..." Lavi walked away from the table and up to Gabanre "What powers do you have if you don't mind me asking?" he asked with a smirk and curiosity.

Hi Levi, Nice to meet you. To be honest i did not even know that there are powers bound to those gems, so to anwser you question, i do not know. Maybe you guys, talking towards everyone, can help me.

"From what we just found out, those gems found us since we must've had the potential to wield the powers they granted us. For instance, I can summon and control the weather....sorta....I'm still learning but that's why we are here to learn to control them and become a hero." looking back at the others and then to Gab again, he smiled "Feel free to come and mingle with us. I'm sure you'll learn something from all of us but one thing for certain, we're all on the same boat here."

Thanks Levi for this friendly welcome. To be honest i never liked groups, but since we are all the same, i'll try to get over it for once.
Gabanre walked towards the table and gave everyone a good handshake, saying: Hello i am as you may know already Gabanre. It's a pleasure to meet you. Who are you? After he had done the round he took a chair and asked Levi where he got that pizza from, he was pretty hungry.

Gabarne decided it was time for Something. He stood up from his chair walking towards the old man. Gabarne asked the man, who he is and why he here is. Hoping for more info about his Gem and power. When all of an sudden both of his arms, dissappered. He screamed out: "What is this, my arms dissappered." With quite Some fear in his Voice. Pointing towards the old man, what have you done with my arms, he spoke quit angry and also confused.

"Relax young one. Your powers are greatly affected by your emotion. Calm down. Your arms haven't gone anywhere. My guess is that they have simply turned invisible. If you can relax they Shoukd return."Gem explained.

Gabanre felt a weird feeling. It was hard to explain. He tried calming down in diffrent ways, breathing, walking and jumping. When he started jumping he became calmer, and as the older man said, his arm's came back. He started muttering some unhearable things, after that he turned on towards the group saying: "Could it be, could invisibility be my power?" After that he turned towards the old man asking him: "How did you know, how did you know they would come back, as i got calmer?" After that he felt a sudden sudder, as if someone is calling him, but he does not know from where and who it is.
