And yes taging into a phone's GPS is how they track a lot of people an why people buy burner phones so that they have one that's not connected by name to themselves

To make sure I was right I did a search asking "How easy is it to track a phone's GPS location?" An I frankly was stunned at how easy it is for the average person to do it and can only imagine that anyone who could build a secure facility and employ an army of Mercs could do it

Also I have finished watching all the episodes of 'the tomorrow people' only to find out it was cancelled. That show was sooooo good. And John was extremely HOT...like he was perfection.

@Emma It is like the Harry Potter one, but other than it's uniqueness it has no special properties. The significance of it is that it stands out and will be recognized by what I'll call 'Fanta Clan' until a more appropriate name can be made. The Fanta Clan are those contacted by a Deve called fantalazy86. The user shares information with and protects the internet presence of Deves they find. Daz's description and the presence of the time turner will make him recognizable to the Clan and can get the PC Deves some allies.

@Angela Skyler You can join, we'll just fabricate a reason for you to be in Oregon. Shouldn't be hard. If you aren't from there we'll just say you were in contact with fantalazy86 (an as yet unintroduced internet mastermind and deviant who keeps track of Deves he/she encounters over the Internet), and he/she tracked Daz's phone because suddenly taking a trip to America in the middle of his trip across Europe was very suspicious. This your character was asked to go to Oregon and find him.
