Veronica laughed and felt better when she replaced Kiiros with Jennifer in the 'ghosting' scenario. The fight was interesting, the initial 'getting the shit beat out of yourself' strategy to test your opponent was something she could never afford to do, yet they did it with ease.

"They're really going at each other, aren't they?" Jen said as she observed the fight.

The fight was impressive. She smiled and looked over at Jennifer. "We had to fight carefully, with tactics and thinking. They are beating each other and lasering each other until the other drops with little clear strategy." It was like an exemplification of the genders, cunning and ferocity as opposed to beating each other brutally until they go down.

"Kind of curious to see what would happen if one of us went up against one of them," Jen said, thinking about how that fight would play out, "Because we could probably dance circles around them."

Damien turned at the conversation between Jen and Veronica were having. "It's a crude but effective one V." Damien then looked at Jen. "Although, if it was me in there, I dunno how long I could last."

Katherin listened to the others talk about weapons. She had never used a weapon. She had seen many though and knew what they could do. "I am not looking forward to weapons. I don't want to hurt people. That is why I have never been in a fight."

Damien facepalmed. "How do you think I get around so fast?" He asked. Damien didn't think he moved that fast, but he has been supercharging himself to help the fallen, like Katherin

Jen shrugged.
"I just thought you were in a hurry to help pretty girls," She said jokingly.

Damien chuckled. "Hehe, maybe. I mean, it's not everyday you get stuck in a 'Science' facility with a mood ring, an energy mirror, an angel and a psychopath." He also joked looking at everyone individually has he said his given title. "But, we are stuck in here. And I'm gonna make the most of it."

Trying to go in for the tackle, Wes realized that David caught himself "Damn...I mean...I know it's nothing like facing guns and knives and shit but...I have to admit...he's tougher than I thought..but...will my body change again to give me a chance to get the upper hand?" he said thinking to himself when David threw a few jabs at Wes as he bobbed and weaved, barely moving from the punches even though Wes was popped once or twice in the face. He then used his hands to block and throw punches as well. "I need to knock his ass out...quick." Wes went to grab one of the arms of David to try and trip him so he could follow through with a heavy haymaker punch.

David cursed as he Wes h a few abs. His fist his Wes's rocky body. Damn his skin is hard as stone. I gotta hit harder Wes wasnt even moving much from his punches. Then he froze as he was hit back. I have to knock him out. I gotta grab him He grunted as Wes grabbed him. he then smirked slamming his hands into Wes's head and gripping. "This might hurt buddy." His eyes flashed as he sent shoackwaves through Wes.

She quieted down a bit.
"I handed myself in actually," she said quietly, "Seemed like a good idea at the time."

Damien winked. "You're probably right. You're situation sure sounded a lot more shit than mine." In fact, everyone's history did. Damien's history was filled with lights, colour, music, freedom. Everyone else was tied downed by the brutality of the streets. Maybe, maybe he could give what he had that they never did.

Damien put two fingers up, not at her, of course. "All right, make that two." He chuckled. Damien really wanted to put on a light show, for all the mutants in the facility. If there was a way, he had to go for it. It would be like a party for everyone, and then it wouldn't be so bad. Lights, music, dancing. Everyone likes those, right?

Damien nodded. "I know, I just feel bad. Y'know? Helping people is the best thing in the world, but you can't help someone you don't know. If I had ever met any of you before, could I have made a difference? Unfortunately, fate doesn't let you find those things out." Once again, Damien spoke his mind, loud and clear.

The chance Wes had, came to a halt as he stopped from delivering his haymaker when David went to grip his head and the surge of energy went through his body causing pain from coursing through his nervous system. His body was trying to adapt, as part of inside his body started to attempt shifting into a sponge-like substance so to not be effected. Wes at the moment, went for a drop kick to knocked David back to get released but Wes was going to be dazed from that attack.
