excuse me Ryo, you probably answered this already but when it comes to the Blood manipulation, is it like blood bending someone else or is it like deadman wonderland when your character controls his own blood, making it into a weapon or is it both?

He just knows how to make his own blood into weapons for him to use. He hasn't ever tried to blood bend, per say, but I think that's a very cheap thing to be able to use and it goes against my morals. And my character's. So no, I don't think Ryouko can blood bend.

Yes. Pyrokinesis is often accompanied with a sub ability called pyrokinetic construction. The ability allows the individual to form solid weapons or amour strictly from fire through super compression, etc. and yes he did say he was gonna go all out lol
