Joshua looked at the skeleton the way a father looked at a misbehaving child.

"I knew the man that did that to you. An ambitious but quite a foolish man. While I do love the power that necromancers wield I could never abide taking another mages life unless I was pushed too. However I wouldn't really call you much of a mage. The magic you wield is weak the bonds that hold your soul to the fragile thing you call a body are equally as weak as well. You see Sans I only have to see how something is done once to be able to copy it. I can offer you your real body back maybe. Even more." Joshua was still pinned to the ceiling and he could tell the Orders guards were getting closer.

"As for money don't think of it as a limitation of just cash in hand. I once met a very powerful alchemist you might of heard of him. Albertus Magnus. The creator of the Philosophers stone. Able to turn base metals into gold even give eternal life. I can easily replicate his studies. Long dead he may be but all of his research is in here." Joshua tapped the side of his head. "And you there dragon girl. I could easily resurect your people to the grand state they were before the Order started culling them off provided they don't repeat their previous mistakes in my new world. However as I said it's up to all of you. You are you're own people make your own choices."

Saryx looked back up at the sorcerer sadly. She wondered if it was possible to return things to how they used to be. Maybe even see her family once more. It was quite a tempting offer. Saryx let out a deep sigh and gave a slight nod to him. Surely things would be better without the Order hunting people down all of the time. But she wondered if she would be truly safe siding with this man.

"That's enough out of you" Sans said before tapping another sigil 3 times. This action drove 3 magic bones through Joshua's body, 1 through each lung and a 3rd through the throat. "Come on, Tolfey" Sans muttered "Knowing who we've got in here, I thought you'd be here by now".

Greg quietly raised his hand a little. He didn't particularly want to be seen by anyone else accepting the weirdos help but more power seemed pretty cool. He really didn't know what he was getting into. The name sounded familiar but Greg hadn't kept up much with the orders doing for a few years so whom ever the person or mage was, he had no idea.

Then he said something about killing all the humans, that wasn't cool. But no matter what he thought the caos ensued. Bones went bad shit crazy while wacko up on the ceiling stayed completely calm. It was an odd sort of mess that made Greg question why he didn't come here more often. The mix if fear and anger and genuine lust was hilarious.

He wondered if the strange Joshua knew how to make an immortal body that would perhaps even function better than a humans. Or if even he knew how to expand a demons powers to have the strength of an elite and still be able to sift through the human world at will. These were important questions. These were personal questions.

Saryx raised her slightly to notify to the sorcerer that she would join his cause. She quickly put it back down after a few seconds so she would not be judged too harshly by the other in the bar. She didn't mind the killing humans part. But she didn't want to become a monster. Saryx turned back to face the bar.

A man ran out of the building the Arkan was fixated on. Sirens were sounding in the distance behind him, it seemed the policewomen had called in backup before she was killed. It did not matter to him.

His sword was scraping the sidewalk, small sparks ran a muck under it. Then he was in front of the door. Arkan's cold hand gripped the handle, twisted and opened the door. A cold, unnatural wind blew through as his presence fit the door frame.

His sword gleamed in the light as he took a step inside, before lunging at the group before him.

Maru's fur stood up indicating danger was imminent, she had been about to ask if treasure was an optional reward rather than power or cash, she took a step back and pulled out her pan pipes and blew several tunes. Pocketing the musical instrument she stepped further back as fire erupted around her as a knight moved through the door, wind blowing in behind him making her fire flicker around her wildly. She put herself in the corner and focused herself on her magic, she couldn't very well squeeze past the knight in the doorway, not with danger screaming at her at every glance.

Eyja really didn‘t follow what was going on. Though she was a little rattled by Saryxes behaviour. A shriek left the young witch as she saw the man pierced by bones. She turned away, a hand over her mouth, fighting against her gag reflex. She felt sick. Why was this happening? Hadn‘t it been an ordinary day just like every other? And now there was a fight, here, in the Abandoned Bar. Where was the order? This thought struck her with a huge impact and she started to shake, looking around the room. Where were they?

Clutching onto her pendant as though her life depended on it she slipped from the stool, turning her back to Saryx who seemed deep in thought. Something cold made her skin tingle and she looked up. Something huge was in the door, something with a sword! Before she could get a better look, however, flames burst from the ground and she jumped away with a small shout, bumping into people on the way, falling to the floor in a tangle of her srak brown dress, her hair spread around her. The flames had come from a girl who was now retreating into a corner. So she was a magic user . . . or perhaps some mystical being? Probably both.

Eyja scrambled to get up, registering a movement in the corner of her eyes she froze . . . and turned . . . to see an armoured shoe . . . Her gaze went higher as her heart stopped beating and her eyes grew wide. The creature before her was where the cold was coming from, she realized. She should run away, just get up and run away. Or cast a spell to protect herself. Damn it! She should just do SOMETHING. Instead. she was frozen, staring up at the armour emanating the cold.

There were many magical beings in the room, each one was like a beacon of light that burned his vision. he felt the urge to consume the light, to make them black like he was. To make them dead. One such creature, a faun girl by the looks of it erupted fire magic around herself as if to shield her from his chill. It was incredibly foolish and drew him to her even more but as he approached he became aware of another girl on the ground in front of him and subsequently, an easy target.

He looked down at her, fear was in her eyes like all those who gazed upon him at one point or another. Perhaps if he had a conscience he would have felt something, maybe pity but alas he felt nothing.

He crouched down, slowly bringing his right hand on a path to touch her face.

Saryx growled at the newcomer. She could feel the cold emitting from him and it sent shivers down her spine. It looked like it was going after Ejya. He didn't look like he was up to good and Saryx felt like she had to stop it. Noticing he was crouching down, she growled and kicked him right in the helmet.

Maru watched as th knightly horror moved to touch the witch, and the other girl tried to stop him, Maru had played several tunes on her pan pipes, the first being the fire that coiled around her body protectivly and the second was that of her earth magic, she made great roots spring up from the ground, through the floorboards and wrap around the knight, every part of her being screamed that this man was evil, she'd gotten the same chill from a few of the others but none such as this.
She had her roots haul him back out through the door so that those who wanted to escape could and so that those who wanted to fight wouldn't destroy the small bar, she wanted nothing more than to slip passed unnoticed but that didn't seem possible at the moment so she instead decided to help the patrons of the bar.

Eyja stared at the knight who crouched down and raised a hand to . . . touch her? He had a sword, wouldn‘t he use that to strike if his intentions were of a violent nature? Perhaps he just wanted to check if she was OK? Then a foot hit his helmet out of no where before root sprouted out of the floor and threw the man - creature? - against the door jamb, opening the way for those eager to leave. Funny enough this was the moment where the witch sprang back into action. Her head whipped around to Saryx. „Thank you.“ She breathed, still pale and slightly dizzy. Then she looked to the woman who had cast the fire. Was she also responsible for the roots? As she stood up she weakly smiled at Saryx. „What if he‘s just misunderstood? I had the feeling he was trying to help me.“ She noticed how those who stepped up for her had been women - or at least female.

With that she turned to the stranger in the armour and slowly went closer, trying to ignore that only a few feet away a man was pinned to the ceiling. „Are you alright?“ The cold was getting more intense as she approached him and she stopped just out of his reach. Weren‘t magical creatures always misunderstood? Also amongst themselves? She fumbled with her long hair, trying to concentrate on the creature before her. Something in her told her this was a really bad idea, but she couldn‘t stop herself. This just was her nature.

Arkan was kicked in the head hard enough for him to rip his hand back to his side. For a brief second he stood up and then was attacked again, this time by roots. They hauled him away from the bar, away form the magic and back out into the street. The sirens were very close now and anyone who looked up at the road would see the two dead police officers.

The roots wrapped around him fiercely, restricting his movement as the girl he desperately wanted to consume walked out to meet him. He became silent, unwavering as she spoke. He did not give any sign that he could understand what she was saying. Then she stopped.

Arkan managed to free a hand and touch the vines, they slowly withered and died. Since they were made of magical means, they contained some trace of it and enough was found to be consumed. As they dropped to his feet he was now free once again and this time, he was not gentle about his approach. He lunged at the girl before him, trying to embrace her in an icy touch.

As Greg returned to the mortal world, away from his own wishes, he took note of the new distressed in the bar. Some metal armor guy, and still no Order members. The metal man evil as he was was felt with by none less than the faun he'd been about to talk to. Greg found that funny, here he was to have a pleasant chat with a deer and turns out she's got better things to do. Or at the very least feels compelled to help in dangerous situations.

Greg didn't much care for fighting unless he had to. Greg got tired so quickly, and his magic wasn't nearly as powerful as it would be without his human home. But at the same time leaving his host was not an option, they were together until Greg died.

The evil creature was dragged out side cueing Greg that it might be time to leave, which he did carefully.

Outside the women with the bag loomed close to the armor guy, dangerously close. She seemed like she didn't really get what he was about. Before he got around to letting her know maybe she aught to get going he lunged at her, oh well not his problem.

He skirted around them as though their actions where the most normal thing in the world, and set off back toward Greg's parents house. They'd want to make sure he had a nice day and how it was at the museum, parent things.

Maru heard the sirens wailing as they got closer, she saw the opening in the doorway was now clear of the knight and she dissipated her fire magic and raced outside, her emerald eyes scanned the road, stopping on the witch and the knight, she shook her head and ran down the road with her human illusion in place, as she rounded a corner into an alley she stopped for a moment, she wanted to help but, the cops would handle it, she slowed her pace to a brisk walk and maneuvered through the back alleys toward home.

@Lord Zee Joshua looked down on what was transpiring below him. The skeleton had inflicted only minor wounds that healed quickly, deciding to stay in the air he watched the creature be dragged out through the door. The vines that had assaulted the armoured man quickly withered and died. Joshua decided that he should intervene, he couldn't have any potential allies killed. Plus he could learn about this armoured man and the power he wielded. Floating down from the ceiling he watched symbols around the inside of the bar begin to slowly glow, the order was here. Waving his hand at the bar he uprooted and sent it crashing into the staff behind it, pinning them to the wall. Walking out of the bar he saw quite the commotion several mages were attempting to bring down or at least slow down this armoured man. However he seemed to be besting them.

Joshua did wonder why the order took their time getting to the bar and he now had the answer. Police had cordoned of the area but were not approaching she saw several order members dressed as policemen issuing orders to the police to move back and keep the citizen away from the area. Perfect plenty of time to test out this armoured mans metal. Sending out to twin beams of pure energy he watch in awe as the armoured man simply absorbed the blows.

"You are fascinating, I can see all of that magical potential moving around your body. Though that thing around your neck seems to be you main source of power. You don't seem human at all. If I remember I heard tales about that armour and the things you did. If the legends are true you made a pact with a great demon for power. But like all the people that make deals with demons there's always some kind of catch or a price. I spent years searching through the forbidden archive in the Orders library for demons names. They keep a list of all the ones they know you know. It makes it easier to banish them back to the world they come from."

Even as he spoke he continued to hurl attack after attack against this foe but he absorbed all of it only the force of the attacks registering on his body. If Joshua was at his full strength he could have easily bested this foe but he was weakened, vulnerable.

"Alas I do not know the greater demons true name but if the legends are true and you became a demon as well then your original name should have some effect Arkan."

Cold. That was the first thing she felt before realizing she was in the embrace of the man she had just addressed. The metal of his armor was digging into her skin. He was suddenly so close that she gasped in surprise. She struggled to get free, but it was futile. The cold was slowly spreading through her body, numbing her. Next came the pull. At first she didn't understand the tugging sensation she felt in her heart, but then it dawned on her. She was being drained of the magical essence residing within her. This was the kind of empty she sometimes felt after long rituals, only that it was coming upon her faster as the stranger fed off of her. Her vision started to blur as she weakly pushed him away - with no success.

Memories flooded through her in quick flashes. Was she going to die here?

A wide field, flowers laid out in a pentagram to her feet, her sisters and her all dressed in white and barefoot. They were chanting in a melodic tune. Amidst the flowers sat a small girl, barely three years old, rocking her little body to the sound of their voices. Her initiation into the covern.

Next the image of a cellar, lit by the single licking flame of a candle. A young woman stood in it's middle. Eyja stood by the door, holding the hand of one of her sisters. How warm that hand was in comparison to the rest of the memory. The woman was crying, an athame in her hand, the other cut and bleeding, sprinkling the floor as the woman chanted between her sobs. Eyjas hand was clutched tighter as she was pulled from the scene and they ran, the cold following them as the light died.

Then she was in the woods, the moon stood high in the sky, it's pale light casting faint shadows as the wind whispered int the trees. The sound of an owl brought her head up. It sat there, on a branch, ruffling it's feathers as it watched her. The animal was graceful. Her breath caught as it swooped down to sit beside her. Her heart beat faster as she stretched out her hand and stroked the bird's soft feathers.

Eyja felt weaker the longer he held her. Unable to hold her head up it fell to one side, coming to rest on the creatures arms in whose embrace she was held. With a somewhat grim resolve she clutched the pendant around her neck, calling for the grimouire within her minds eye and mumbling the spell to protect her from losing more of herself for she feared her capture might not stop with her magical energy. "Un, O dinn iodfev o gau fan sio cun as maum od fo aendom fil an so." her weakened voice could be heard. She felt the grimouire fade within her, going back to the place where it had come from. Then the spell slowly took effect. But before she could tell if it had worked and shielded her remaining energy from him blackness came upon her as she lost consciousness.

His embrace was effective as he wrapped the girl in his arms and felt her slowly succumb to his powers. It was semi fulfilling, her magical essence was great and plenty but Arkan was a greedy demon, he lusted for more still. He ignored the attacks on him, they did no harm and if anything they fed him even more. Magical impacts made him shift slightly but they did not damage his armor.

The police had arrived now, but he could instantly tell that they were also magical wielders. He was about to finish off the girl, her magic was fleeting when something that all demons fear had happened.

Arkan.

His name was uttered... He dropped the girl and turned to the man who had called out his cursed name. By unknown instincts he was now a threat but if a mortal knew his name, then the he was equally vulnerable to banishment. The few scraps of knowledge that he knew, was that if he was banished, he would return to the greater demon that cursed him and be devoured himself. A swift passing of fear washed over him before fleeting.

He walked over to the man, took out his sword and slammed it into the ground at the man's feet. Arkan then bent his right knee in front of him as a sign of servitude. He tipped his head down and placed both hands on the hilt of his sword. He was at the mercy of the first mortal to ever call him by his name, at least until the time was right...
