"Goddammit girl your one stubborn son of a bitch if we don't get that damn machine we will fucking find you! I promise.....everyone drop your damn weapons and you guys over their I ain't paying you to have your thumps up your ass get to work!" He said as she walked away. Preston hated cussing but when he got angry all his mind would do is gather every insult he had heard and jumble them up in a mess of a sentence.

He composed himself for a minute and called out to a skinny quiet man sitting in the shade without a care for the world looking hazily at the crisp dried up dirt in front of him. "Hitchcock! The man I was looking for. You are one of our best scouts I want you to follow that girl make sure she ain't a raider planning an attack on us or something." He said patting the man on his dusty leather shoulder.

The man smirked, "Aye will do Captain she won't know I am even their guarantee it."
Preston laughed and agreed, "I know she won't go back your gear your following her in the hour." With that the man saluted and went to his camp to pack.

Hands in her pockets she turned on her heel, walking backwards as she spoke. "I'll be at the Taverns outside of settlements. Just ask for Eden." The fact that he called her a few, interesting insults, shes been called some horrid things, but never so clunky and clumsily spoken. "Work on your speech when you want to call me male."

The woman was fast in moving, her footprints light and leaving almost no tracks, The moves of a huntress as she made her way miles across the abandoned towns and camps. Looking through trash, cars and buildings and picking up random objects that looked to be something that Aurora could use in the future.

Coming to a hand made steel shack and garage the sound of turrent guns graced her ears. "Hey Chase..you here?" Her voice raspy she growled to herself, walking past the machines. Crouching in her hired guards resting spot only to swear under her breath. Looking back and forth she clicked her tounge, her ears sinking in she brought her scope to her gaze, looking around for a full minute before lowering it back down. "I'm loosing it.."
Shrugging her shoulder the woman entered in a code, opening the locked door as she called for her sister. "Aurora, I'm home, found some gum..you hungry at..." Looking around she took a step inside. "Aurora....Aurora!" Frantic footsteps were heard inside the door that was left open. The room was the perfect place for someone with a handicap,the outside was paved, the shelves were lower and everything in reach of a chair, a bar going throughout the walls encase her sister fell.
But her sister was not here.

A suit of power amour sat, machines decorating the walls, the floor littered with prints and plans yet the mind was not here. "Aurora! Auora!" She was already looking around, trying to find something, anything that would get her a sign and allow her to track her sister. Already she was outside, looking at Chases spot to find that his Bhraman was gone and so was her chair. "You son of a bitch." Her breathing laboured she turned her head like a wild animal, her eyes narrowed. Shoulders back as she took out her riffle. Something was not right besides her sister not being here. Her gut telling her not act she looked ready to kill. "Whoever you are, come out, and tell me where she is."

Aurora had never been out of her sight. She always knew were the red head was and now for the first time since they were kids she was gone. She must have been scared, lost, hurt even, every single thought going through her head caused the woman's mind to go more and more frightened.

As he waited for Aurora and Reese to finish their conversation, Brick started thinking of ideas to streamline Fuago's operation while maximizing ease of access and portability. A mounting system would certainly be effective, but it would hinder their ability to move it around the vault door, forcing them to rely on the operator's aim to perfectly canvas the doorway. No, that wouldn't do at all. Either way, it was gonna be a heavy load to carry, so maybe.....

The air was finally starting to cool down. Sitting on the porch with his gun sitting on his lap Chase rose a brow when he saw someone selling nuka cola. Nothing wrong with taking a drink right? Its just a soda.
Handing over the caps he enjoyed the cooling drink that hit his parched throat. Guess it was time to relax, his ear was on those two inside though. The idea of what Eden would do to him if she found out that he took Aroura outside was still playing in his head but seeing the kid that happy was making the sting start to dull.

Moments passing he began to cough, looking over his shoulder to find that the one guy that travelled with them was still inside, looking at the door that was cracked only slightly. "Hey, what were you coming down here anyway? Place is a trading ground and you don't look like one of the folk here."
He could hear Aroura's chair turning on the other side of the room. A distinctive sound of groaning rusty gears that to him were nails on iron. She was probably glaring at him from there.

Reese had finished up his transactions when he noticed the red head he had traveled with and then spoke with a gentle smile, “Oh uh...yeah, just came in here to get my gun repaired a bit, also I had noticed you and your companion slip in here, I had wanted to say thanks for the ride earlier, I know it's not easy to trust people out in the wastes.”

Reese glance over at the cracked door when he heard her companion speaking to him, “Well I'm not from around here, was just passing through, figure I could get some stuff repaired and a place to sleep for the night and then head out, heard a few rumors I wanted to check out.”

He didn't mind the man's attitude, probably had a reason for it, most people did, though as long as he wasn't attacked he wouldn't really try to bother them, other than saying his thanks.

"You don't have to thank really. You asked and you were nice about it." Still so naive, shes seen some of the horrors of the wast but not the people. Least she hasn't had a conversation with them.
Seeing Chase though she simply rolled her eyes. "Don't mind him, he's just tired and hasn't had a beer." She could hear him mumbling under his breath but didn't add on to his comment.

"A wanderer? That sounds fun, must have seen a lot of things out there."Though something that the male said caused her to speak. "What rumours? If you don't mind me asking?" Peering a bit more from the door curiosity began to spike in her mind.

"Well still, I felt that a thank you was necessary." He lightly smiled to her as he spoke. "Oh I don't, I know how uneasy it is in the wastes, funny thing, about twenty minutes before we met, I had been attacked by some bandits, tricking me into helping one of them who looked injured or ill, but luckily they weren't paying attention and I got a sneak attack on them, managed to find some cover and then injured them so they couldn't move, actually thought you two might have been more members of their group before you had approached me, though I'm not one to really shoot before I get the whole story, some think that's stupid, but I think that we should be willing to give every stranger the benefit of the doubt first."

Reese glance over at Chase when he heard him speak and said, "Sort of, mostly creatures and bandits, but I met some nice folks and helped them out with injuries and the such," He then glanced back at Aurora when she spoke to him again, "I heard that in the Outer Banks there's a district or something that sells fresh fruits and vegetables, plus I have some personal stuff I want to attend there, see if I can find what I'm looking for." He gently smiled once more as he spoke.

"What? you're kidding me?" Face falling at the words Aurora shook her head. "Thats, wow thats actually pretty awful. Least you're okay." Listening to his words she looked up. "Well I'm glad that you didn't shoot first here, Chase is a poor shot so can't really rely on him." A smirk on her features she had to hold back snickers when she heard her companion growl.

Yet her eyes slowly began to grow wide at the explanation. Forgetting to hold her chair she began to realize what he was actually talking about. "You're serious!? There is an actual place that is able to grow food? Actual food?" She was already thinking about the farm she grew up with, that was the best time of her life and there was a place like it out there? Trying to get a better look through the door in her excitement she felt her chair tip. The wheeling going out from underneath her from something on the floor being stuck. Landing to the ground she let out a groan only for the thought to click in her mind.
"Please don't tell anyone about that...." The door swung open she was stuck on the floor, using her arms she pushed herself back, face red as she tried to figure out what to say. "Please don't tell anyone that you found a cripple here...I could get killed."

"Yeah, I'm still finding it hard to believe, but if there's fresh food being grown, I wouldn't mind checking it out." He spoke as he continued to converse with her, finding it nice to talk to someone, it having been a while since he conversed with anyone, both due to the fact that most people kept to themselves and he wasn't too much of a talkative person, though on the occasions he did, he could go for quite a bit.

As they continued to talk, he saw the door swing open as she fell to the ground, noticing the wheel chair he quickly went over to her, "Don't worry, I'm not the type to discuss other people, though do you mind if I examine you? I'm something of a doctor and just want to make sure you're alright." He spoke to her as he took his bag off, pulling out the roll of medical tools and then selected an examination tool that would help him better examine her if she allowed. "You don't have to worry either, it won't be anything invasive." He spoke with a gentle smile, seemingly genuinely interested in seeing if she was alright.

"Honestly if its talked about it's worth looking into. Best place the wasteland could offer is life able to sprout from the soil." Words from her parents escaping her she found it was actually, well it was nice to speak to someone. He was not scary, he didn't have a gun pointed at her or have a motive for harm. Brick was the same way he was just trying to figure out how to help with Fuago and judging by his look he seemed to be getting ideas.

Seeing him take off his bag though she found her guard rise. Words from her sister ringing in her ears she was about to back up even furthur till he began to explain. "You're a doctor?" She watched at the tools began to leave the bag, looking at Chase and Brick for help she began to try to figure out what was going on. Her companion taking a step forward, eyes narrowed as he asked what was going on. Holding up her hand she gave a sigh.
"I don't think I'm hurt, and if your talking about my legs than there is really nothing you can do. Family took me everywhere trying to find a way to fix me, spine was snapped or something like that." She kept looking at the tools, tilting her head trying to figure out what they were used for as she began to calm down.

He glanced over as her companion looked like he was going to make a move, though saw her stop him and said, "It's alright, as I said before, yes I'm a doctor...well of sorts, but it's always good to be checked after even a minor injury, never know if something happened that seems fine at the time. As for your legs I'm sure you did try everything to get them walking again, if you want I could also take a look at your back, see if I can find anything wrong and maybe help, worst case is I can't, so no harm no foul on that front, but I would like to examine your head if that's alright with you, just a vision test mostly." He spoke as he kept his smile.

He noticed her glancing at his medical tools and said, "I take it you're curious about these, if you're wondering what they're for, some of them are incision tools, such as scalpels and the such, other are for keeping incisions open so I can work inside without them closing and this right here," He grinned as he pulled out a small flashlight, sort of the size of a pen yet a little larger than that, "This helps me check with vision, along with a few other small tests, the sharp instruments won't be used on you, so you don't have to worry on that front, It would worry me less if a nice person as you was okay, plus it would help pay you back for the trip, minus the caps I gave you." He added, waiting on her response, if she didn't want too, he wouldn't force her, but he was the type to help people, even for small cuts, just who he was.

"Well in this day and age, sort of being a doctor is the best you can really be around here." Hearing him talk about checking her back though made her uneasy, about to try and speak she heard Chase explain for her. "Look man, I know your trying to be nice but that little lady has never seen a doctor without her sister and that woman is a deathclaw with a wig I swear it."
She was about to glare only to here the doctor again.

Listing to the explanations though caused her interest to grow again. "Pretty impressive, reminds me of a screw clamp I used to get inside this old suit of power armour, thing snapped to pieces though holding the chest capacity apart." Looking a bit worried at the sharper tools though she began to visibly relax when he explained how it won't be used on her.
"I guess I don't mind checking my vision though. Its better to be safe than sorry..." Looking at the flash light she tilted her head. Golden eyes already looking at the light. "Again you didn't need to bring the caps..but get me the caps back that I used to bring Chase with me out here."

He glanced over at Chase when he spoke, "Alright, fine, no need to get all over protective, was just a simple question, I'm not planning on harming her, if I was, I would've done so already, though I understand your caution." He then looked over to Aurora when she started to speak, finding chatting with her to be interesting as well as who she was traveling with.

When she agreed to let him examine her, he flashed the light in her eyes for a second then away quickly, just to see if her eyes reacted to it, usually such an exam able to determine if there is any sort of head injury, "Guess all this talk of caps can be discussed after things are a little less personal, yeah?" He lightly joked as he moved over to her other eye, flashing the light in it quickly and away from her other eye, he found something relaxing about examining people, getting to know them a little, just made the wastes a whole lot less bleak, at least to him anyways.

"So where are you from if you don't mind me asking? Always like getting to know the few people I occasionally talk too." He spoke once more, nearly finished with his examination of her.

"He's just worried cause sis has a temper and hes going against her right now."

"She shot the last guy who disobeyed her." She rolled her eye's at the words, looking back at the light causing her to blink a few times. It was strange looking into it. Whenever the light ended she would see splotches in her vision for a few moments. A small laugh escaping her at the joke she shrugged. "Guess your right."

"Well I can't remember exactly, been moving around a lot since I was a kid. It was a farm somewhere, out in the middle of no where with a few families. Now we just stay outside settlements, can't really stay around the crimson wings when you make weapons, anyone with power tends to take whatever they want when you can't stand up to em. What about you?" It was true, when the brotherhood of steel found her they wanted everything, it was the same with every bandit group to the point that now she falls asleep to the sound of turret guns.

Reese couldn't help but chuckle a little when he heard the two of the speak, soon having finished the exam and for the most part, couldn't see anything wrong, "Well I guess all family is a little protective especially if there's not too many left." He spoke with a smile as he started to put the light back with the rest of the tools and then put them back in his bag.

He looked at her once more when she asked where he was from, "I think I'm from New Vegas, at least that's the last place I can remember being, think I had joined up with the NCR as well," He spoke as he pulled out the chain around his neck, tucked under his shirt, that held what he thought were his dog tags, though how he spoke might seem a little strange. But he figured he shouldn't explain other things they never asked, just try to be as honest as possible, though too much honesty could be lethal depending on who you were dealing with, but he figured he had nothing to worry about from the two of them from the most part.

"Yeah, that can sometimes be a little bit of a understatement." Main reason why she started to work with weapons, it was to keep Eden alive by having her go through the wasteland with the best equipment that she could get.

"Vegas? Jeez you went far and wide." Yet there was something off with how he spoke. He looked uncertain, as if he was trying to figure out was was right and what was wrong with his answer. "I hear its almost like post war times over there, is that true?" Honestly she felt like she was a child with the amount of questions she asked. But she really couldn't help it, everything was just interesting.

Realizing she was done she pulled at her belt, trying to find her tools she pulled at the flipped chair. "Damn thing always breaks" One of the bolts loosened again, practiced hands she began to work, trying to get the wheel back on right as she kept speaking. "Don't worry I'm listening, just, have to..Fix this. Ha, there we go."
She was already trying to flip the chair back, trying to get back in the seat without having it escape from her.

"Well it's good that you have someone there for you, been mostly traveling by myself, sometimes it gets lonely, but I guess you make do with that and try to be around people every now and again." He spoke as he finished sorting out what little gear he had in his back, finding it nice talking to someone, he hadn't done it since he had been traveling through Colorado with some people.

"Yeah, definitely went far from New Vegas, think I traveled five states or so over to get here, mostly was a bunch of walking, got lucky with some people in Kentucky flying others over here just past the boarder on a modified Vertibird, as for how Vegas is, yeah it's a little post war and run down, but the citizens there do there best and I helped them however I could," He spoke and then added under his breath though it would've been just loud enough to hear, "Though I had been hoping someone knew who I was." It was tough for him knowing only what he thought his name was, a few skills with a rifle along with medical knowledge but not much else.

Brick stepped forward and cleared his throat.

"Don't mean to interrupt your conversation there Aurora, but I wanted to run this by you before I got too ahead of myself. So first, a quick recap, Fuago is only gonna work if we can harness the energy of the fusion core and utilize a Tesla Power Converter to maintain that energy flow until the door is open, correct? So we could try and cram the Tesla Converter into Fuago's casing, but I was worried about overheating, so I grabbed one of these" He held up the backpack of a minigun and continued "We clean the ammo out of one of these, and with a few slight modifications, it can be used as a housing unit for the Tesla Converter and all the wiring and stuff we'll need to hook in and get this fine lady working"

'I'm gonna have to tell her' Brick thought 'There's no way I can get away with my "Forge's assistant" story and pull off what I'm about to do with Fuago. I'll wait until we're alone though, no need to spread the secret all around'

Looking back to Brick Aurora was able to drag herself into her chair, turning the wheel this way and that with a sigh. "Guess you'll work another day."

Wheeling over she was nodding her head as he spoke, a determined expression on her features as she went through the plans that she made. Eyes scanning each and every piece to see where everything could fit. "Use the mechanics of a mini gun to absorb the shock of over heating to keep the fusion core from melting into the Tessla Pac- Brick your a genius!"

She grabbed a pen, drawing out the back of Fuago by memory with a smile on her face as she began to connect the pieces of what would be needed to connect. "We simply gut out the mini gun for pieces we don't need like the cartage, champers and keep the Modulus, strengthen it and have the power stored in the back we could have her working and keep the fusion core in tact! Think we could modify the cool down system? I think Fuago would overheat faster than a minigun,"

Looking back at the doctor who she abandoned Aurora gave a sheepish smile in apology. Wheeling back she extended a hand, she honestly didn't mean to leave him like that, just she had a run down of ideas that she had to get out. "Sorry, but I have to get back to work. If you think we'll see each other again than my name is Aurora."
