If you read her bio, you'll understand that the action is well within her character to do, and it wasn't because the guy was drunk, that had not one iota to do with why she did that. As for her being a villain, she is on neither side of the fence, she does her own things as she sees fit. Just as any loner would do.

You can much more easily excuse breaking a guy's arm as something mundane then pulling out a magic sword and hacking his arm off. In the afternoon. It's not actually night yet.

I mean, it's not like a villainous character couldn't go killing civilians but they'd need to have some sort of logical reason and be more subtle about it then just murder in the middle of somewhere anyone could see.

In her defense, no magic was actually used to sever the arm, she used it just like a normal katana, however, I see your point. I will edit it and the time of day.

I don't have any plan for who murdered Kotetsu (and frankly there's a number of characters in this RP who'd make good culprits), and I left the details of the murder vague because of that. If anyone has a ideas, I'm open. The weapon that Kotetsu and Tetsuo were working on was a mana-powered exoskeleton, but neither of them had all of the parts to complete it on their own. If this idea doesn't fit with the setting or would be overpowered, I could make it something else or just say that it proved to be impossible to build in the end.
