However, I'm the one who grants this wish so..... you get in a car accident and he jumps into the flames, trying to save you, but ripping a few fingers off by accident from desperation instead as metal caves into his back. You enter a 6-year coma and instead of having some trauma with all your fingers, you have chronic depression minus three fingers. Damn, that was dark.

Granted. Since it wasn't clear as to whether it was your wish or Luna's, I'm giving it to Luna. Luna, your chronic depression ends after two months, and given that robotics have advanced greatly during your six year coma, you now have three robotic fingers and the option of a cybernetic eye. And, upon leaving the hospital, you are greeted by the grandpuppies of your dog. All fifteen of them.

I wish I didn't have to catch up on so many youtube videos.
