Righto folks,

I'm going to give everyone until and including Sunday the 24th to get a post in (with Noxious being an exception), doesn't need to be the greatest post ever, just needs to be so that I know people are both still alive and willing to participate.

Anyone who has not posted by then, or who is without a decent reason, will likely be blown apart/captured and tortured/turned into a mindless servitor by the Adeptus Arbites.

@Jbcool I still exist, of course. Partially, I'm waiting for @Lord Coake as Sanath to say something regarding his opinion on the fight. I'll probably have Lucius respond to that if he makes the post soon; otherwise, I'll just have him comment about something similar but different, e.g. "so now that you've gotten involved in Chaotic activities, you can't really go back to normal Imperial society, can you?". Something like that, I don't know.

Incidentally, @Bright_Ops, Lucius doesn't have any weapons on him at the moment, other than his natural Astartes power. Maybe he'll steal some Arbites weapons when they arrive or whatever.

@Jbcool@Bright_Ops So, since we're receiving weapons, is it alright if the gun Lucius gets is a bit bigger than an autopistol? I'd be perfectly fine with just an autopistol, mind, but if you don't mind him being handed an autogun, or Emperor forbid a heavy stubber, that'd be excellent (note the deliberate lack of description of the weapon itself in my most recent post).

A heavy stubber would also probably be fine.

@Jbcool He doesn't need a weapon, per se. In fact, I've kind of got it in my head that he might bumrush the Arbites line and snatch a shock mace and suppression shield from one of the unlucky bastards to wield for the near future (though whether or not that's wise or even achievable is another matter entirely). However, I assumed that, as a matter of course, every Chaos worshipper in the VIP section would be receiving a gun, whether or not they're eight-foot-tall superhumans; a suitably large weapon just seems somewhat appropriate, given his size. I might stick with an autogun for the handed-to-him weapon, though; stubbers are apparently pintle-mounted under normal circumstances, and belt-fed in any case, hence unwieldy for the length of ammo casing extending from them.

@BCTheEntity You know what the M2 Browning Machine Gun looks like? That's roughly what a heavy stubber looks like. Browning is actually the God-Emperor and his designs are the reason the Imperium is as big as it is. I'm not saying a spess mahreen couldn't tote one around, they would probably have no problem with it, the issue would be the fact that it has no provisions for different grips or anywhere to mount an ammo box. Short of extensive modifications a la the T33 conversion of the M1919, he'd have a hard time, not because it would be particularly heavy or unwieldy to him, but simply because it's not set up to be used that way...

@Sarpedon Yeah, that's what I figured. Autogun it is, then, and as proposed, maybe Lucius'll snag a shock maul and suppression shield from one of the Arbitrators if he gets the chance.

Yeah, I was kind of going to leave the whole guns thing up to you, but after receiving his vision of bloodshed Draco basically brought every weapon that the club had to offer and told them to start handing them out to people; On his tab, but since he is from a noble family he should be able to afford it...
