Though the question is how cyberpunky it is which will be fun to see. Like how common cybernetics are and what sort of cybernetics are common and not to mention how grim things are. Such as to what ends a corporations are willing to go to reach their goals and just how much power they have over official law enforcement.

What series would this rp be close to? Deus Ex? Blade Runner? Ghost in the Shell?

cybernetics are common overall in the world... Where we are at though only the rich may have actually good cybernetics and while they may still be common by all people types, they were mostly done by alley "doctors" for cheep enhancements that may or may not be as good as the original for the poor of the city (75%)
