This is actually a really interesting scenario to think about, though! I've been thinking about what Jvan would be like in a mortal body for a while now (obviously in the way-back-when waterworld, but also Galbar's Jvan). Somehow her sadistic rage gets even scarier when put side by side with other humans.

Anyone else have thoughts? What might happen if your characters suddenly got plopped into human bodies?

I feel like Astarte would forget to eat.

Nah, in reality, unless he had someone propping him up, he would probably lose hope and die. I'm not sure he's stable enough to be sustained with more existential dread than he already has.

@Antarctic Termite, for Teknall the answer is simple. He'd go back to being Stone Chipper.

Given that a lot of Teknall's power comes from technology in its various forms, not having access to divine power merely slows him down rather than completely negating his abilities. He'd probably prioritise finding some method of indefinitely extending his lifespan, if that isn't a given. And regaining access to his Workshop. If he can access his Workshop then things become much easier for him.

Yeah, looking at what you've put in the appearance section on Falas' sheet, I can see where you're coming from. It just made me think of Niciel's angels in general, really. I hadn't been keeping Falas' exact appearance in mind.

Ilunabar probably would use all the accumulated connections and knowledge to form a trade empire, become rich, publish poems, novels, and purposefully misguided atlases. She probably would do it in Alefpria too, since it is probably the only mortal land comfy enough for her needs.

Then she would use all that trade routes, prestige, and creativity to poison the shit out of Lifprasil for stealing away her godly immortality and betraying her. Obviously away from the suspect list, she would then completely distort the emperor's legacy, to the point in which in a hundred or so years everyone would believe Lifprasil was a tragic figure which made a terrible mistake by betraying the gods which were sincerely the only reason why his empire didn't fall apart, and that his suicide was entirely born from regret.

I think Helvana would be like "well, that sucks" and continue on exploring Galbar. Biggest problem would be that she'd still be reckless despite her mortality, other than that her and Gwyn's cloaks would degrade with time and she'd have a harder time hunting for food. That is, I'm considering that Oscar and Frederic would remain at her side, things would be a lot harder without them around.
