Considering the distance Hel and Co traveled I guess the local language is different to that of Lloyd and Gwyn... Need to think on how to work on that.

I see two fairly straight-forward solutions:
1) Translator. Get a translator. Either Helvana can translate herself using god-knowledge, or you can find a Sculptor to join the party.
2) Magic. Helvana is literally a witch. Cast Comprehend Languages or something.

Hey, @Antarctic Termite, now that I'm looking back on so many posts that I've skimmed and forgotten , I do have a question: did you ever do anything with Hefin the modified Angel ever since his intro post?

@Scarifar In an incredible display of irony, I actually forgot about him right after Jvan said she wouldn't forget about him.

Later on I remembered, and the angel that was turned into the Plumes of the bludgeons carried one of his rings, which is now Violet's. Other than that, nope. My only plan for the Valley of Peace right now involves Flux and Yulosi.

Spending Might will probably be enough to make it permanent. Helvana could probably get away with doing it for free for a short-term effect.

It feels like a technicality to work around, so I wouldn't waste points on it that you could be using to do something much cooler. A free point for two enchanted earrings or something that interpret any language, bam.

Demigods don't get Freepoints. You could spend a quarter of a Might, though. Or not spend anything and just cast Comprehend Languages in Helvana's capacity as a witch.

It was deliberately placed by protesters. That was just one road of dozens that was blocked that day. You can see people putting on masks in the background of the pic with the wood. Those were the protesters, and they were preparing to escape whenever the police arrived. Also take note of the freaking bus they placed there!!
