There is a story, a fairy tale often told to children as a bedtime story. A story about a city, a city of wealth beyond your wildest dreams and magic the likes that this world had never seen before and perhaps will never be seen again: the city of wishes, La Ciudad de Fantasia. It is said that all who enter the city will have their deepest desire granted to them, regardless of what it was. Then one day it vanished without a trace. Some say that a wish brought its destruction, but then again, nobody knows. Regardless, the legend has only been remembered simply as that, a legend. That is until an announcement shook the world.
Now it is your chance to write your name in history. Go out, embark on your adventure and seek what it is that you desire the most.

I want to get this out of the way. This is taking place in an alternate universe, not in One Piece's universe. There is no One Piece, no Luffy, Gold Roger, or any of the characters and events that had taken place. All that is required to join this rp is that you know the basic knowledge of One Piece.
The story will revolve around one crew so you will not be allowed to create your own crews. You will not be allowed to make more than one character unless you have my permission. This is to make sure that the rp will not be slowed down by too many player controlled factions. However, everyone has the ability to create NPCs from various different factions ranging from pirates to marines to anything else you can think of as long you have my approval.
The amount of people that I am looking for this rp is eight people though I will push it to ten if there is enough interest. I feel like it would be fair to tell you all that that I have friends joining this rp so the amount of people I can accept is much more limited.
What I want to stress the most is that I want everyone to not be afraid share ideas with everyone in the rp. The kind of atmosphere I'm going for is an open and fun one where we are creating amazing stories and adventures for our characters as well as give constructive criticism and advice to help improve everyone's experience. Whether it's devil fruit ideas or arc ideas, we can talk about it all. If you wish to talk to an individual and keep the plan a secret as long I have some form of knowing what it is. As you all can guess, major plot devices and lore to add into this world also must be approved by me.
