Sasha smiled, pleased. She stretched out quite happily, enjoying both the heat and the vibration. "It is quite good for relaxing" she said

"That's good to know, although, you'll have to learn how to raise a human when we have our next child," Avera said.

[Aristocles]

"How about the living room?" he suggested. "Not near the fireplace, but close enough for the heat to be felt."

Veax took Hermia's hand and concentrated, using the stone to whisk them home.

"Did you relax a lot like this when growing up?" he wondered.

"That's right. I'm not sure how to do that" Caex said. "Then again, your mother would know. And you. And Bela, I guess."

"Shall we stay a bit konger, or go home?" Tran asked orna

"Not really" Sasha said, "I mean, nyx and I, we had tran hermia and railing older tha us, so we got off doing things pretty easy. But I tended not to relax much, I liked to make sure my siblings were okay" she said

They safely deposited the egg in the living room. "My parents sometimes put their nest in the living room too."

"Well, we're home" Veax said. "I'm going to lie down. That food made me really full."

"Maybe we can take a look around Naugoa" she suggested.

"Oh. A female like you needs some time to unwind, to let it all out, you know what I mean?" Kos said, giving her a kiss.

"It's like raising a Dracon, but in Orna's words, it comes into this word bloody and screaming," Avera said.

Caex winced at that, and his parents looked a bit uncomfortable about the idea. "Let's think about something else" Caex suggested. "What about human claws or... what do you call those things on your fingers and toes?"

"Its a good place to do so" nyx said after a moments thought

Hermina nodded, "that sounds lik3 a good idea" she said

tran nodded, "alright" he said, "its a nice city"

Sasha returned his kiss, and shrugged, "I guess I will just have to make up for not doing so as a child it now" she said

"We need to make sure we check on the egg at least a couple of times a day, every day until it hatches" Larek added.

Veax gave Hermia a kiss and went inside, changed, washed up, and lay down on their bed, not quite asleep yet.

"The thing about the big cities is that they never close down, not even at night" she explained as they walked through the wide streets of the city.

"Yeah. My sisters were encouraged to let it all out. I could never understand some of it, like what a 'good cry' was" Kos said.

"Humans have nails on their fingers and toes, baby's nails can get sharp and grow pretty fast."

"Not a problem" nyx said "easy done" she made sure the egg was okay, nestled in the btrN noddexnkets careful not to disfurb it.

Hermina headed inside, checking everything was in irder in tbe house, before heading to wash and change, then joining Veax

Tran nodded, "I suppose some business never stop, or dont open until night maybe"

Sasha laughed, shifting to face him, "a good cry is, obviously crying, to let out any oent up emotions and such. To feel good after"

[Aristocles]

"I see. It's nothing like dracon claws, though" Caex observed, extending his right hand out. "Will a human child be able to handle the heat as well as a dracon?"

"It's not going anywhere, so it should be fine for now" Larek noted.

"Nice to see you" Veax told her, half-asleep.

"Maybe. These streets sure are wide. I think its because of those statues" she said, pointing to one of the many gigantic, black statues in the middle of the street. "My father says these things can move on their own and fight to defend the city. He saw these things move during the war, although these must be a newer set because the ones he saw were mostly wrecked."

"Do you ever do that?" Kos wondered.

."just making sure its okay before we go to bed" nyx said, standing up.

Hermia laughed, settling into the bed, "nice to see you too"

"I cant imagine tjose things moving" tran said studying the statues

"Havs a good cry? Not often" she said, "not for a while either"

"No, we need more water and shade, children and infants even more so, they overheat really easily," Avera said.

[Aristocles]

"That's important to know" Caex said, making a note of it. "Still, you turned out alright."

"It's fine. We can check on it in the morning" Larek said.

Veax patted the side of the bed next to him, with plenty of room for her.

"They'll only move in a crisis" she explained.

"Do you feel like having one?" Kos asked, not at all sure how those worked.

Nyx nodded, heading back to their room

hermia smiled and slipped in beside him

"Yes, but I still cant picture them doing so, they are so large" tran said

"Now?" Sasha said, shook her head, "no, right now I feel happy, relaxed. I dont feel like crying at all"

"Believe it or not, it's because I stayed inside during most of the hotter days or hid out under the shade of the few trees growing near my parent's home."

Larek got some more pillows for the bed, and he fluffed the ones that were already there.

Veax leaned over and kissed her, then lay back and closed his eyes.

"I see what you mean" Orna replied.

"Good to hear. Still, if you ever need a shoulder to cry on, you've got mine" Kos told her

"I used to do that a lot myself, sitting under the shade" Caex explained.

"I have my younger children get lots of water and take a long nap on the really hot days" Aerta explained.

Nyx smiled, watching him, "some times I wonder if this is all a dream. Its too perfect"

Hermina settled back, closimg her own eyes.

"It must be a sight when they do move though" Tran said

"I know" sasha said, "and I am glad for it" Sasha wasn't actually one for big emotional displays. She tended to deal with hings intermally, which is probably why she got stressed. "Right now, everything is good"

[Aristocles]

"It's not going to be all green fields and lovemaking" Larek sighed. "There will be times when we have to deal with a crying child in the early hours of the morning after a hard day of work, for one thing. And what to do with housebreaking the hatchlings, so to speak."

"I guess so, but I'm glad they're still" Orna replied.

"Good to hear. Still, I'm told its best to let these things out in small doses rather than all at once, or to let the stress build up over time. At least for females" Kos replied.
