Caex dove under the water too, smiling. He swam after Avera.

"Well, what sort of things are you looking for in a pet?" Kos wondered.

"Friendly, smart, loyal" Sasha shrugged, "I dont know.."

[Aristocles]

"Sounds like you want a dog, or something to that effect" Kos replied.

[MarshiestMallow]

"Anything that's good with kids" Sasha daid

[Aristocles]

"Maybe something cute and scaly" Kos replied. "I'm note sure if something covered in fur would be best, especially if it has to lick itself all day or if it sheds."

Sasha nodded "no, not with hatchlings around"

[Aristocles]

"Something that's good around hatchlings. That's the most important thing" Kos added.

[MarshiestMallow]

Sasha nodded in agreement "what do you suggest?"

[GhostWing]

Avera smirked. swimming faster until she got close to shore.

[Aristocles]

"Well, maybe a little sand drake. They're about the size of a dog, with sand-colored scales, a pair of horns, a forked tongue, and a little tail. They're very social creatures and you can get them already trained not to bite" Kos said.

Caex followed Avera, getting out of the water. "That was nice, my dear."

"Mhm, fun too," Avera said, wringing the water from her hair.

[Aristocles]

Caex smiled, seeing her get the water out of her beautiful tresses. "You know, I pulled on your hair once, thinking it would be no different than pulling on a dracon horn. As before, I'm sorry. I didn't know it would hurt."

[GhostWing]

Avera looked up at him and smiled. "Oh, I forgave you a long time ago love. I actually had a feeling you didn't know better, you didn't even know what boots were or what to call my toes," She said.

[Aristocles]

Caex gave her an embarrassed look. "Well, it's just that we're so different in terms of those parts. Anyway, did you want to do anything else while we're here?"

"Alright" Sasha said "sounds good" she set out the letters, smiled

"We could just talk while she dry off a little, I'm not too big of a wet, clingy clothes fan," Avera said, sitting on a nearby rock.

[Aristocles]

"But first, we should focus on the test for the hatchling. One step at a time" Kos reminded her.

"Alright. Better to look at each other like this, I suppose" Caex said, smiling. "I hope the horses don't get offended" he added with a smile.

Avera looked to where the horses were, seeing Steele munching away on grass obliviously. "I think the horses are fine."

[Aristocles]

Caex nodded, admiring his wife's beauty. After a few moments, he noticed he was staring, and he turned his gaze away from her. He sat down next to Avera, looking up at the trees. "So, my love, when did you want to have our second child?"

[GhostWing]

"Soon, my brothers were all close and I'd like for our children to be close as well, plus Auryn would have a playmate when they're older rather than having to wait for his cousins to come for a visit or go and visit family," Avera said, leaning against Caex and looking up at him.
