@KatherinWinter I've been writing for about three years, at least taking it serious, I wrote stupid pointless story's before then. I know how you feel, there are people way better than I am. Just think about things such as rising plots, surroundings, things seen, things felt, diolog and such as. Show don't tell is also an important thing I'm trying to do. Think about some thoughts you could put in and some history. Just because you wrote out a history in a form, doesn't mean that it describes there whole life, and even if it did, you can still say some of the things during a topic. It is unknown to everyone else there, unless they read the form. Also think about things such as actions and movement, even the slightest movement of the hand can be important. Go in death, when you get into writing, it is very hard to stop, at least for me. I think its the same for other writers, well I guess it is. I'm not completely sure...
Hey look at that, 950 characters right there. Wow! It really isn't that much. Two decent paragraphs will get you there. Also to practice, try to describe things such as waking up in in def detail. Try a paragraph for it. You can only go to far, but it definitely helps, but don't be over descriptive.
