The site administrator is testing out some dice stuff, as some of you may have noticed, and so I decided to go ahead and give stuff some rolling. ...And this means I can do my rolls on the website INSTEAD OF IRL where you can't see the results yourself.

This is the "campaign" I will be using for this as an experiment.

I can link individual die rolls to you folks, such as this roll which thankfully none of you are using. Pretty cool, right?

I will be honest: one thing I've been trying to figure out is how many births there should be in a given year. 1d6 per season before blessings and Magic are factored in? That would seem to make sense to me. But if you guys gained the average number of people (3.5) each season, you'd have +21 births. And that number doesn't consider the size of the clan (larger clans have more births).

For now, I'll use 1d6.

@Lauder We could always give them some goods and send them on their way. Of course, they might get offended by our unwillingness to help them out more. Hmmm...considering what the clan ha gone through recently, Maire's probably going to push for a gift of goods and maybe sending a few gallocmen. No more than like four or five, though. We can't spread ourselves too thin. Also, if we need to pay the Vendari in magic, we could use the rainbow for that. Or Maire could try and convince them to accept something else as payment.

Both are good arguments. Both are very valid points.

I'd definitely write this out IC at some point.

You could, by the way, send both new and old gallocmen: the old to guide the younger.

To me, the real question is whether you send anyone to lead these gallocmen should you decide to send warriors to aid the Bodeci.

That is true. Things might go better if the few warriors we contribute have someone from the Council at the helm. Assuming we contribute any warriors at all and not just goods.
