I like the idea of the base of operations idea. And as for the "wasteland", it's kinda barren in the outskirts of any cities. But there are secret settlements inside cities. But I'm thinking ours will be the first outside the city, unless we all want to push back to the city.

And a Blood Army boss type would be pretty good in the sense of driving the plot towards a war against the BA.

I had an idea for a Blood Army antagonist. Somebody who knew Quinn from his time in the BA who has a big grudge against him. However, if two proves too many, then Tsar mentioned it first, so it's all yours if you decide to roll with it.
