I looked over it again, and it seems you fixed most of it. The only one that isn't fixed is the Skill: "Game Character's Body (MAX LV) (Passive): +1 DEX. You possess a body that lets you live like a Game Character in the real world."

Edit: Is it possible to have a character who doesn't have to say out the skill's name out loud? Someone who by default doesn't speak at all, and thus granting him the ability of not having to say the names out loud? Or do we must?

If you mean like someone who calls out "spinning mana arrow" before he users it then no you don't need to shout out what your doing so long as you are clear about what you do so we can accurately roll for you

Your HP regen will be 2 and so will your MP due to the passive boost to INT.

I choose to round down because I figured GM would toss you items and whatnot along with any spells that would heal you faster. Cuz with a high base and the that other stuff everyone would be having wolverine crazy regen.
